You have to be a no-BS man and stand for your opinions. It's okay to agree with them on things, but also don't be afraid to disagree. It might be a bit overkill, but every time I talk to a girl I go look for things to disagree with them with, and let them know early that I stand my ground. As for today, my new monitor is so big and great, but I hate getting a big screen because all it does is become a normal screen, and every other screen becomes too small. It's going to be very painful using my computer at work, that's for sure...

If women were all too concerned about looks, then you'd hear about how popular man-porn websites are with them. I believe that looks are a contributing factor, but not as big as character/personality. Me, I've adopted the persona of a "nice jerk." I do my best to be as pleasant as possible, yet tease them about stuff. She never knows when I may compliment or make fun of her, which creates unpredictability, like Walsh mentioned.

Men are attracted to looks while women place more emphasis on personality. Looks may be the initial hook (I mean it's the very first thing you're judged on before you even speak). But if you want to keep the attraction up you need the personality. To rely on looks and looks alone is possible, but you're gonna have to be a freaken drop dead model stud for that. If that's what you are then congrats I envy you

I am experienced, and I was discussing mainly about attracting hot women. They're used to guys kissing up to them. Being the opposite; a challenging guy with value is how you attract them, since you are being different than the rest.
