Well, I think it's about time we got some new info on Lucasarts.com, so I say we drop a few hints here and there. What do you say? Who should be introduced next?

I really hated it when, as a Level 20 Dark Side character who could snuff out human life like it was nothing, I encountered arrogant characters who discussed how weak I was, only to be fried in a nanosecond by Force Storm or Kill. Why do all the enemy characters have to be so overconfidently stupid? I mean, shouldn't somebody be intelligent enought to beg for mercy in the hopes that they won't be killed?

Yes, I wonder if we'll get to meet any more "famous" EU characters.

I'm not sure I see your point, GeneralCrimson. We know what colors the Sith and Jedi will have. I think we're all just referring to lightsabers for the Player Character and/or playable NPCs/party members.

Absolutely. Total intimidation factor. Literally, dark lord of the Sith. Who needs red. That's a thing of the past. Let apprentices have red.

I saw Atris. She is the best choice, in my opinion. Atoon Rand is dumb, Kreia is old, T3 we already know. Go Atris!

I concur with the black idea. To put it simply, it would look really cool. I mean, who wants to ljust ook like any old Sith? Black is where it's at!

Perhaps just have the option to romance both, or play them off each other, like in the Russian novel the Inspector General by Gogol, where the imposter Inspector General romances the mayor's wife and her daughter in his scheming machinations. (He doesn't actually want either -- the mother is old and ugly, and the daughter looks like a donkey.)

Well, ships of the Endar Spire variety seem to have a habit of getting butchered. So it seems Sion may have a role in the slaughter of the Harbinger's crew. Maybe the Harbinger is a Leviathan-like level.

I think what you mean here is "Are you blind." Anyway, just because there's no big Revan revelation in KOTOR 2 doesn't mean there won't be any surprises. I mean, how many good storylines start with you knowing exactly what's going to happen the whole time?

Well, all they said was that there'd be no big surprise "you're actually Darth Revan" plot twist in this one. They didn't say there'd be no plot at all...

No, they don't. However, I think there was a statement saying that the Queen of Onderon was young and beautiful. Maybe the Sith murdered her parents and set her up as a puppet, like King's Quest VI (Alhazred and Princess Cassima).

I must admit, I'm intrigued by this daughter idea... It could be a bit like the Theseus-Ariadne romance from Greek mythology as was previously mentioned. Ariadne falls for the handsome stranger, helps him in his quest, and "joins his party" so to speak. Brilliant!

She could just be a force adept that you train. Kreia's not even a Jedi. After all, you are the last of the Jedi...

Here's an idea: the Queen of Onderon is Atris! You fulfill a quest for her or something and she joins you! Is that feasible?

Lots. Aside from the ones we've already been to and the already announced ones, there's Cathar, Kubaz, Ord Mantell, Ithor... There's a galactic map in the old game Star Wars Rebellion. It's mostly complete, so if you can find it online it might offer some help.

The trouble is, we seem to be spending most (if not all) of our time in the Outer Rim, the eastern portion to be specific. So Endor and Hoth are across the galaxy from Tatooine, Korriban, etc. And Coruscant is right smack dab in the middle of the core systems. So our options may be limited to the Outer Rim systems on the right side of the Star Wars galaxy.

Okay, which planets should the devs add to KOTOR 2 (as if they haven't already finished designing them)? This would at least let them know which options we favor.

Not a bad idea! I wish I'd thought of that! I really think we ought to be able to return to Yavin Station, though, and then go on down to Yavin 4. We only ever saw it from a bird's eye view. What would it look like up close? I think it'd be really cool! Let's go to Yavin 4!

No one's saying Tatooine shouldn't have been in the first one. Just that it shouldn't be in the Second KOTOR. And don't worry about Tatooine disappearing; it'll probably be back in every single Star Wars movie, game, comic, etc. forever.
