  1. Absolutely. Some people never learn. I mean, you probably outnumber them three to one, you've already proven yourself to be superpowerful, and they still committ suicide! I.E. -- Lashowe, Shaardan, Mekel, and just about every other Sith. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
  2. Something like that, yes . But it simply doesn't make sense that in for example KOTOR 1 or JA, you have to kill everyone (or almost everyone... at least you can make it so that you don't need to fight/kill the Sith on Korriban). There should habe been at least a few situations where your enemies were convinced to join you. Take for example the Sith in the Rakatan Temple on the Unknown Planet. You can tell them to "bow to the True Dark Lord of the Sith", but they simply reply that they serve Malak :/. Which in a way doesn't make too much sense to me.. If Revan was able to survive and fight this far, then shouldn't people get that he was stronger than Malak? But as it went, Bastila is the only one that notices this.. :/. No, I defintively think there should be at least some of the sith who'd choose to follow you if it came to a showdown between you and one of the three Sith Lords (and you won, of course ^__^). Absolutely! I always hated that all the Sith were completely loyal to Malak. Why not betray Malak? Revan was always stronger!
  3. Yes, very true. Say, you wish to kill Darth Sion and take his place. That puts you in the upper echelons of the Sith, working for the guy in the skull mask, say. Then at the end of the game, after killing the lead Jedi, you kill the Lead Sith and become the boss.
  4. No kidding! We see it ALL the time. Practically every movie, practically every game! For once, it's gone!
  5. Perhaps the plot will run this way: LS - You are a Jedi, you're fighting the Sith. DS - You are a Sith, you join them, and try to rule them. Maybe kill Darth Sion to usurp his spot as a Sith Lord. How's that for a character discussion? It might make things interesting to actually ally yourself with the baddies instead of always killing them. Of course, you could do that anyway...
  6. Yes, that's very reasonable. A Sith tries to use Life Drain on you, but wait! FORCE ABSORB! You suck up all his dark energies and then maybe use FORCE CHANNEL or something to throw it right back at him! HAha!
  7. I think Korriban and Yavin 4 would be very reasonable suggestions for the last two planets. I know we've already seen Korriban, but since this one is "the Sith Lords," it only makes sense to go there. And Yavin 4 has all those lovely Sith artifacts too... Also, I think the Harbinger wil be an area, like the Endar Spire and the Leviathan, but it obviously doesn't qualify as a planet.
  8. Well, Sion is biblical. It's the New Testament spelling of Zion, the land/city of God. Why this should be a Sith Lord's name is anyone's guess. Revan and Malak may also have Hebrew origin. Malak/Melech/Molech/Malek - Hebrew for King Revan/Reven/Reu-ven - Hebrew for Behold, a male child/son Anyway, I don't necessarily think that the devs had these in mind when naming characters. It's interesting, though.
  9. I know. It's called "joking." What is Deralia like? Deralia is Revan's home planet, at least, so he says before he finds out who he really is...
  10. True enough. I wonder if the alignment viz-a-viz force powers system will work the way. That is, focus entirely on one side or the other w/o mixing and matching in order to avoid penalties.
  11. It was both his clan and his home world.
  12. And where are we going to get that from? The Devs? Yes, it is a rather humorous thought. Maybe eventually on Lucasarts' website?
  13. There were lots of Mandalorian worlds. Canderous' was Ordo. I think there may have been a major planet called Mandalore, but I'm not sure. Does anyone else have a little more info on this?
  14. Well, for one thing, Luke actually uses Force Choke on a Gamorrean in Return of the Jedi, so it may not be quite as black and white. I think it's in how onw uses force powers, rather than which powers are used.
  15. HK should be in the game, but we need some proper verification as to whether or not he will be in the game...
  16. Hmm... It's odd that most force powers that do physical damage are dark side... I guess the light side wielders just prefer to kill things with their lightsabers rather than with the force.
  17. Well, I wouldn't know, never having played any Final Fantasy game myself.
  18. Darth was standardized as a Sith Lord title by Darth Bane, who is still many years in the future (after KOTOR). Why Revan and Malak used it is anybody's guess, as they seem to be the first with the title. After all, Exar Kun didn't use it, and he was only 40 years earlier.
  19. Yes, that's something they had in NeverWinter Nights. Your Half-Orc Barbarian has a low intelligence. "Me no likey Aribeth. Me want gold. Kill baddies." So, say you've made your main character into a jibbering idiot. "Me Jedi Gardyun. Have shiny sword. Cut Sithies. Force with me."
  20. Any updates on force scream yet?
  21. Yes, I think the possibility of an entirely new world cannot be overlooked. They did it in KOTOR 1, they can do it again...
  22. Well, I was thinking of an enigmatic enemy. You know of him, but are not certain of his true motives until the very end; then you understand...
  23. Sounds similar to me too, but Nar Shaddaa is supposed to be much more disgusting. Personally, I don't really think it'll be in, but it is possible.
  24. Certainly. Knowing that you were after Darth Malak in the first game gave it all away. We need a more inscrutable, mystery villain who doesn't truly make sense till you kill him...
