Just use the cleaning bots to cleans the atmosphere, thus removing the swell of nanites. The chemicals are the same, and they promotes the same change in the brain as a drug, such as Lady Crimson said about antidepressants. If there is a smell that promotes universal happiness, the pessimist in me says it would be used for global domination. If not then I think it would numb people to reality. Speaking from the point of view of someone who thinks misery is needed to balance happiness. I think life would be a bit unbearable if everyone was walking around with grins
-
Of course that is real. What of the manufactured universal happiness in the article, how can that be healthy?

If the scent is triggering a memory that would still be an illusion or a hallucination. It is similar to D

If the feeling of bliss comes from an artificial source rather than from within it would not be true bliss more like a drug.
-
But it would be a false bliss. It's sort of like the Equilibrium in the movie Equilibrium.

ROFLMAO! *wipes tear from eye and has a cigarette* Do bots get annoyed if you miss-quote them?

I am not very technologically minded, and I am looking for a Laptop that I can use for gaming and digital art, either Dell or Acer but they both look so similar... I don't need a Graphics Tablet that comes with photoshop 3 or some other antiquated program if I already have the GIMP that does every thing I tell it to. What do the Biobords say? I would check myself but the layout of Bioware is not pleasing to my eyes. <_< I thought Sand was leaving because of being thought a Hades alt.

Revan is now truly officially a guy...

What if I don't want to be some western generic. I should be able to be Shoobidydoobidy Bimbob Plop-Fidiz if I so choose. -

There's also a description on Wookieepedia, though it's nowhere near as disturbing as the one in the Ultimate Alien Anthology. Basically, in game terms (if you're familiar with the d20 system, which you would kind of have to be if you've played KOTOR), once the Anzat inserts its proboscices into the creature's brain, the creature loses 1 point of Constitution per round until it reaches 0 CON and dies. (Let's just say that the only time I even encountered one of these in a d20 game, I was really, really glad that a) there were three Force sensitives in the party, and b) my character wasn't one of them.) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't know about them. Would the blood drinking have come from the Sith species or the Rakatan when they ruled Korriban? Weird. Force Vampire. That was what I found when searching for Vampires....For some reason I like the idea of a sentient species hunting other sentients for food. -
Most powerful Sith in KOTOR series (spoilers???)
Purgatorio replied to HowlingOdin's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
^I will bight... Her saying Revan was her apprentice in times long past doesn't prove she taught him any Sith or dark-side powers.... Even though she was a Grey Jedi and a historian who believed the light and dark to be the two sides of the one coin? It is possible that the power is needed to achieve your goals, and the manipulative aspects of Kriea were taught to Revan, however actual techniques such as Thought Bomb, (which to me sounds like it came from the destruction of Malachore), and the Force Storm... did that destroy worlds? Revan could have learnt them through other means. -
They keep doing it because knob heads keep buying their wares. They don't really care about the consumer if they did the warranties would be more user friendly Ipod. I get more ticked off about shops that sell something that is different to the box, where the good stuff is already removed. Sony is evil.

I agree, ignoring the pokamon factor, which is disturbing helped. You would think out of all the species in the galaxy at least one would be a Vampire, the only one I have found was a non canon Jedi that was changed somehow to become an Avatar of the light. But it didn't work out the way the Jedi wanted, he became an instrument of darkness, the "Force Vampire" with the ability to feed on the force, and other stuff I can't remember... sounds familiar some how. -
He even said he remembers how the Mandalorians fared under the sith when they were pledged to Exar Kun. Not wanting to be enslaved, and it is also a tactic to umm kill someone who would most likely be an enemy.

Or you could shoot it... at first I thought of using a mine but that wouldn't work, don't know why. -
It is typical for something to be unavailable when you want it. *sigh dramatically*

No, I don't have WoW, I would just like a drooling snarling Bio-weapon for a minion.

I just thought you didn't sound entirely convinced, because the changes to the last three lessen the quality. So there is really no need to get insulting, especially in tiny writing. And umm I'm not Italian, nor am I a demonic Chihuahua. More interesting parts?

Bush changes justification for invasion of Iraq...

I am not surprised how John Howard is remarkably similar in his politics as Dubya, John Howard went against the views of the public and the UN. It is starting to appear that he also created evidence side with America. This is the same person that thinks illegal immigrants are terrorists, lied to the public saying "children were thrown overboard", and there was something about turning a sinking ship back to Indonesia.... that I don't remember because we seem to forget about the bad and vote for "economic stability and National security". After all if they want to be a part of this great country they should try to assimilate more, and comply with the ideal of being Australian...whatever that means. But I don't have to worry the government will protect me from those muslims, I am white after all and I haven't converted to Islam. So I should be fine. I could try to find a picture of him so you all could see how much of a Toad he resembles. I forgot about the anti-sedition laws so I probably should shut up. -
Where does it say Nihilus was captured by the Mandalorians? I looked Here and found that it was speculation pertaining to Zayne Carrick and other characters of that comic. I also found another idiotic twist, this one being a Holocron that would not have been made, being miraculously found. Brilliant. <_<

LoneWolf, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My first thought was it needs a Violin double stopping at discordant intervals and a chromatic scale towards the end, but everything does. Not being familiar with the original I did a search, and umm.... It sounded like screaming on the sample..... I could play the egotist violinist who plays too loud, and pokes out the eyes the of the lead singer with his bow, that is if you need more volume. Lighting trouble.

infinite light side points glitch not working?
Purgatorio replied to Samonoku's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Only choices are the first ([Force Persuade]) or second ([Persuade]) options. Irregardless, you do not receive LS or DS points. However, there is supposed to be a dialogue you have with the mechanic where if you choose the following options: 1) "Why so busy?" 2)[Awareness] ........ 3) [Persuade] You shouldn't keep your frustrations bottled up inside...... (not sure of exact wording) According to one of the guides I read on the net, if you choose the above options, you would get an Influence Increase if Atton is in your party (dunno if this was supposed to work with Mira and Visas as well) Anyway, I've tried this several times but I get nothing! Anyone tried this before? Did it work for you? AJ <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you kill him you get influence with Atton, but if you say Option (3) with Kriea in your party you get influence with her. -

Canderous not knowing Revan's gender continues after the reveal. I found the conversation with Bastila before the Leviathan to be rather irritating, especially with a male pc. I felt like the romance was being used to deflect the attention away from the secret. I have already said that I found the relationship changing from friendly to friendly a leap so sublimely idiotic that in doing so the writer must have landed on their head causing him or her to become a drooling idiot. Only regaining use of their faculties after the escape from the Leviathan. I would have liked the dialog option of "I am sorry but I am a Tach that swings from the other tree, now that we are being honest why don't you tell me what the real problem is?" (Or some line in keeping with the tone of Revan's character/alignment and or preference). Bastila already had doubts, so why couldn't we use them to uncover the truth? It wouldn't even need the KOTOR2 way of questioning. Not being able to ask what was really going on was not the best way to continue, especially on the Leviathan. Were we supposed to ignore what Saul was saying, or did they assume we would be too busy trying to escape? <_< End Rant: :D The Juhani side quest messed with the Korriban vendor of special items, I think because whomever was planting the tracker got scared off by the fight. More like, "You do realize what a stuck up cow you are, don't you?" Or a starwarsy equivalent of a cow anyway. See that's another way to get rid of Juhani. No, I don't think I could stand the whinging of Bastila if I did that. I wanted to be trained but felt forced to do so.
