  1. Quest mode has been broken for me. I know Obsidian is working on that, so I'm not too worried. What worries me is that I was expecting to be able to grind my story party by questing once it's fixed. If that is not an option, there seems to be little I can do when I can't get past a story scenario. Questing might be fun, but if you can't use the same characters I'm less impressed already.
  2. Grinding is a difficult thing for me in this game. Questing doesn't work for me (I know it's coming, just saying it makes things difficult). That leaves re-runs through story scenarios. Even with that, the best i can get is new equipment. There are no experience points in this game, as far as I can tell. The closest concept is getting character upgrades as a sceanrio/adventure completion reward. But if I can't complete a scenario it's hard to find a way to grind my party up to a point that I can. Maybe quests fix this, but for me it's the one big drawback to the game. Getting something for attempting a scenario would be nice. A new boon or two for all that work doesn't seem like a lot of payoff.
  3. Hannibal_PJV and StormbringerGT, thanks for the info. I think my issue might be that i can't save my progress within a scenario or adventure path, so I rarely shut diwn the app. I'll try that.
  4. I was thinking, like I did with Magic the Gathering: Puzzle Quest, I could use my phone to collect the daily gold reward I bought when it is available and then I'd have it when I got around to actually playing the game on my tablet. I don't think the account is liked like that, though. It looks like there is little synced to the signed in account. Rather, it looks like installing the game on two devices with the same login account results in two independent games (one per device). Purchases look to be common between the two, but that's it - and that's likely due to being tied to the same Google account I bought them through. That makes sense. Not sharing at least some metagame data between instances of the game seems like a bit of a miss. I would LOVE to be able to actually save my game. As I understand it - based on trying things out - if I 'quit' that means loosing all progress in the game. I would love to be able to save where I am in a scenario, or at least after completing a scenario, rather than having to try to play though an entire adventure path in one sitting. Aside from that seemingly obvious design issue - I would find it even more useful if I could access the same party/game svae across multiple devices so I could pick up again when it is convenient rather than when I have a given device in front of me. So, does anyone know for sure of any cross-device syncing happening? Is this something in the backlog to be released later? Just curious - would love to be able to get to my party/game more often.
  5. Yeah, that bugs me. If i unequip things then they disappear. I'd like to keep them and have something to do with them. There isn't really a lot of character customization options. You can equip better items, but you're not likely to get to keep them. So in the long run there isn't much pay off to grinding. Maybe there will be when Quests work.
  6. Quests are crashing yhe game for me on my Galaxy Tab s as well. Great game but clearly rushed to make release dates. Just say no to testing in production.
  7. I never played Pathfinder or the physical Pathfinder Adventures card game before. I love table top RPGs and digital board/TCGT games, so I was pretty excited to find this game for my android tablet. However, once I got through the tutorial it looks like my only option is to play the tutorial again or buy adventure/character packs. I did loose the tutorial, though. Are there adventures and characters opened up once the tutorial is completed or am I expected to buy something to play after that? Was rather disappointed when it looked that way last night. Hoping I'm wrong.
