  1. I have no problems with any other games/apps on my iMac. If there is a driver problem in my case it is restricted to your game. Have you? I bought this game via the App Store. Could you please advise me how I get a refund? Thanks
  2. Many thanks for your helpful reply. It was very kind of you. I actually used the method you described at the start of my problems. Spotlight was an alternative attempt. I'm trying to attach a screen grab of my Logs folder (hope it works). As you can see there is no Unity folder. NoUnityScreenGrab.tiff But thanks again for your post.
  3. Sorry to be moaning again but: I have NO Unity folder! A Spotlight search for Player.log finds nothing. El Capitan Version 10.11 (15A284)
  4. I'm not generally a complainer but I have to say I'm singularity unimpressed with the lack of Dev response on these forums. I bought a game, it doesn't work. That's the bottom line. I'm not the slightest bit interested if Unity is responsible - I don't want to read excuse posts from Obsidian. The game publishers are duty bound to produce a product which is fit for purpose. This is not! I'm a busy person and relax from time to time with my Mac. Hunting for non-existent files isn't my idea of relaxation. Dev posted: Obsidian's instructions for doing this are outdated and no further advice was forthcoming from Aarik D despite being asked. So much for customer relations! If I displayed this level of incompetence in my own job I wouldn't last long. Please do something to fix the problems. If nothing can be done I would like a refund.
  5. Thanks for your response Conjurer. I didn't use the Report an Issue link because: The folder "Pillars of Eternity" doesn't exist (or is hidden?) The folder "Unity" doesn't exist (or is hidden?) OS X El Capitan (10.11) iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB
  6. Celliott post: In my case this doesn't fix the fact that mouse clicks no longer interact with the game (in full screen mode). This is getting to be a mess and, certainly in my case, is a direct result of upgrading to El Capitan.
  7. Dev post on Steam forums: Would be good if devs would provide feedback here.
  8. Update 2.0.2 is now available on the App Store. I can now switch to full screen mode using CMD+F and POE displays correctly. The mouse pointer moves about but no longer interacts with the game when clicked (in full screen mode).
  9. Same problem here - black screen unless I switch to windowed mode. I'm not running through Steam. I bought POE on App Store. No sign of 2.0.2 there as yet. iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB
