It seems to be primarily the newest NPC, Maneha. Everything she says is cutoff.

Hi, I've played 150 hours of POE in the last year and never experienced this. After several months break I just started playing again and nearly every dialogue is encountering the speech half cut off or choppy. It's been happening for 2 days straight. I guess this evasive bug has never been figured out? It's just odd that it never happened once in 150 hours and now it happens every play session. Definitley an immersion killer.

So adjusting the difficulty on a dragon encounter would only change the number of adds spawned and nothing else?

Hi, I've searched around and haven't got a clear answer on this. When you change difficulty in an area a message pops up that says something like "difficulty change apply when you visit an area that you haven't previously visited". So for example, if I get to the end of a zone and decide a boss encounter is too hard and I want to lower the difficulty can I lower the difficulty and leave and re-enter the area with adjusted difficulty? Or once I've entered an area for the first time it's permanently "seeded" with that difficulty? Thanks for any responses.

I have the exact same problem after the Gleaming Society encounter. Eder is now permanently slowed to a crawl and restarting the game or reloading has no effect. It's very difficult to enjoy combat when your main tank is slower than a snail. Aarik D: Is there any word on when this patch might hit?
