I wouldn't say Shadowrun is under the radar... It is actually pretty popular. Not as popular as D&D or WoD, but it is by far the most well-known cyberpunk game on the market. Question: How many people know about or have played Shadowrun in contrast to say... Cyberspace or SLA Industries? There *are* better cyberpunk games than Shadowrun (in fact, Shadowrun isn't really cyberpunk) although aside from Cyberpunk 2013/2020 most have probably never even heard of them. EDIT: An even better link than the one above is found here. It is notable to add that these surveys were done prior to the release of Shadowrun third edition. In fact, there is even a 4th edition in the works. In contrast, Cyberspace is defunct, SLA Industries is swimming in limbo, and Cyberpunk 2020 hasn't really changed in a long time. So.. no.. Shadowrun is alive and well as it continues to garner a lot of support and a solid fanbase even though there are better cyberpunk games out there!!!- Over-rated/Under-rated

Well, I must say I am not a Star Trek fan. *shrugs*- Futuristic Covert Ops?
It does sound like lots of fun though, unfortunately, I have sold my soul to graduate work for the next few months (some would say I sold it "to the devil").- Futuristic Covert Ops?
True. but I was thinking of more military/intelligence agency covert ops. Think Deus Ex, Syphon Filter, and Metal Gear Solid except further into the future and that would be hitting the nail on the head.- Futuristic Covert Ops?
I haven't sat down and read them yet but, Dream Pods's "Heavy Gear" core rule book and the new 5ed. "Dark Champions" rulebook look to have some advice for covert ops... However, school just started again so it will get progressively harder to find time to read these things. Also explains why you guys won't hear from me as much for the next few months- Futuristic Covert Ops?
That's funny you say that, 2 days ago I bought "Ninja Hero" for the 4th ed. Champions/HERO system for like 4 bucks! - Over-rated/Under-rated
