  1. Hard mode is pretty easy, I must say. If you wanna min-max and challenge yourself, go straingt for PotD mode. Also, anwering your question, I would make the paladin offtank with good balanced between tank and dps (something like 18/8/9/17/14/12; you dont really need as much con, rarely you will be hit, and hit fast is just optional. With the 14 int, paladin aura are big enought to cover a good area in battles). Then, use the mage for cc (the low levels blinds are awesome). Both mage and druid can be replaced for a chiper (best class in the game imo) for some cc and good magical damage. And if you are thinking about it, dont use a chanter. They are useless in hard mode, 'cause fights end so fast, so you cant no even invo once. Only usable against big bosses.
  2. Wizards and Priest are just for cc and healing. And the game, at least in hard, is quite easy. Just send Edér first to tank everything, positioning yourself and throw **** from the distance. If you please, you can hire a paladin npc in the inn until get Pallegina; auras are useful. There's a simple strat that works in almost every case, I would say. Send Edér to tank, then the paladin trying to not get more than one mob agro. Behind them, positioning Durance with the staff, between your frontline and the wizards. Then, you and Aloth just use your per encounter abilities, and ocasionally some spells for cc when necessary. You have two wizards. In lvl 2, you can have two blind spells in area. So, two wizards, four blind spells. That's very awesome. Also, get that ability, I don't remember the name, that is a melee stun. Is very usefull when someone go trought your fronline, like ghosts. Just stun it and send Durance or your paladin to tank it.
  3. Hi Catharsis, congrats for finish the game solo. Could you make some screenshots like this (http://imgur.com/a/SJm6k) to see your build, mate? And what attributes do you choose at the begining of the game? I wanna try a retaliation rogue/chiper for soloing, but your Retribution tank actually souds very good. o/
  4. Hello, I wanna soloing the game, but I think I would need a little bit of help. I have already experimented with some monk builds, but I don't think I'm gonna make this way (not quite comfortable with monks tbh). I could try a tank chanter build, but I think that will be rather boring xD So that's why I think a retaliation rogue/cipher would works, and using stealth when can't fight the mobs. Actually a really love ciphers, 'cause dude, shinny weapons. GOTY. Anyway, probably rogues are better for soloing. I wanna try at hard mode at least the first time solo. So, any idea about create the char and how to get good stuff early in the game and make the item builds asap? Ty in advance
  5. I just created a new game and rush Aloth, Edér and Durance. They have the same attributes. Durance still 19 CON, lol.
  6. Anyone know the new companions' attributes, btw? Ty
  7. Did you start a new game? Because sadly the changes to the attributes only work if you start a new game. Well... That's rubbish https://forums.obsidian.net/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=comments&parentId=179&fromApp=blog-entries&do=findComment&comment_id=1484
  8.
