  1. i found a pretty awesome one toward the very end of the game, but you have to beat a fairly tough boss and you won't have much of the game left to do edit: this is the spoilers section so i'll say that you have to beat the sky dragon to get it, and its found in act three
  2. I'm pretty sure gloves don't, i haven't really come across any boots yet though
  3. I"m terrible at these games, i mean honestly i am. Although im doing fine on normal with a paladin. My advice get two tanky characters and give everyone else guns. Have your chanter use the x2 reloading chant and you really can't loose (until you fight shades...those guys suck). If i were you i'd watch a video on how to make a good build, and just liberally use the pause button.
  4. I think that it would be nice short term, until you can't tell the difference between your past lives and your current. Also it depends on what exactly your past lives did, it would be pretty hard to always be remembering every terrible thing your past lives ever did. Also the watcher seems like he is degrading fast, maybe faster than mayerwald or whatever that guys name was
  5. Eder is awesome just because he plays with the pets, also he makes a crack about feeding feeding durance to an undead which made me laugh. Probably the most likeable companion. Durnace was really interesting, and funny. I can't wait to finish his quest (waiting on dat second vision). I kinda want to make an orlan character next just to call him out on all his remarks, i'm betting he isn't sorry haha
  6. I thought combat took you out of stealth? I tried sneaking up on him but you're forced to talk to him before hand. I could barely get aloth to cast slicken before he was charmed
  7. It really helped me win that fight to be honest, that damn charm spell turned a third of my party against itself. Actually he only used the fireball three times during the fight i had with him, and only one of those did any damage. If anything i think if he just used it once at the beginning he would be fine. However i'm completly ok with him killing his own undead helpers.
  8. Guns are awesome, usually four people in the back with guns can kill one opponent before they even reach my tanks. Hell anyone not guarding the front line i load up with a gun, it seems about them most effective thing to do. Also my chanter has a phrase of his chant that lowers reload time so its not terrible
  9. I'd recommend just going with poe, i recently played bgee and and found it sorta clunky. the ee is compatible with some of the more popular mods though from what i could see and i installed the npc mod with no problems that i could see. I will say that i only played it for around 15 hours so i'm not going to comment on the story or anything Poe is much more intuitive, and little things like the fast mode were really nice.
