although I understand this may be heartfelt by Linux, Mac and Win7 community, I would be totally fine with it.

And to be honest, OBS is honest dev here.

Don't get me wrong, even at 1k backlog games, I would still search for new games, but that's not how I meant Last year (2018) at E3 game devs basically said to us, "Nothing to see here, see us next year", and it seems they wish (or have done so) to repeat that this year. There's difference when five devs want to wait for PS5, but completely different story when basically everyone with good games wants to wait next gen console. Then, your choice isn't to wait for five devs because you're so picky you don't want to play nothing else, it's waiting for host of devs with nothing to play.

I have bunch of good games on my wishlist that are out in 2020 or 2021. Is PS5 the reason why?

I know most devs like to announce their IP way too soon (I'm looking at you EITR), but I really don't think Obsidian is going to bail on us like many devs.
