I nearly forgot. I went for another run yetserday. I moved the pushups and situps to the front of the schedule, and did 2/3rds my maximum twice of each. then 20 minutes of running in four blocks. Today I did not exercise, but did do stress positions to build up my core strength. I don't want to describe these as they are quite tricky and could be dangerous if misapplied. My main aim is to build my core as an adjunct to increasing my pressups. I can only hold a low pressup position, resting on my elbows, for about 40 seconds; so it's no wonder I can't do pressups actively for two minutes. Saw this article in the news today about a TA soldier dying in Afghan. Seems like a nice bloke. I really want to get through training and get out there.

I'm not sure what this means as I think you have an unspecified subject loose in the paragraph. However it seems you have confused Islam with that thing in the film Alien which jumps out of people's chests. Fortunately you revert to familiar territory to claim that any hostility towards you is hostility towards Muslims. You are not all Muslims, despite your incredible arrogance. You are a fascist, and coincidentally insane. If you were able to take off your one sided eyeglasses, in fact you could see that I am right, however I doubt you shall be able to recognize this with such a conscious hate monger being developed in the western society. It is only possible when you decide to learn the truth and then search the net for the tortures being applied on Muslims and the diabolical reasoning of this cruelty. 1. A one sided eyeglass is a monocle. 2. Throughout the world your friends in Al Qaeda are the ones sustaining themselves through torturing and killing Muslims. Any cleric who disagrees is murdered. Women who try to get an education are mutilated. Children are brainwashed and strapped to bombs. The mentally handicapped are strapped to bombs and sent to kill muslims in their marketplaces. 3. The world is not divided into religions. It is divided between mentalists like you who waffle about religion before killing someone, and those of us trying to slowly evolve into a better species while having as a good a time as possible. Maybe you should stop, think, and formulate over-arching responses in an orderly fashion, you duck-brained buffoon.

Well, I rarely employ it.

Well, that kinda makes sense. In a way. If a politician didn't like an area which didn't vote for him he'd just target their schools. No literacy, no voting.

Sounds good. If I see it I'll buy it.

You have to have mkreku.

In the last 24 hours I have greatly enjoyed the entirely justified release of unrestrained mocking, aimed squarely at our visiting onanist - The Illuminator. It just suddenly dawned on me that he had absolutely no redeeming qualties. Even Sand has a sense of humour...

Three maximum quote posts back to back. My my. You flatter us. 1. I deleted the PM in which you informed me that your inability to punctuate was caused by constant bollock manipulation. However, I was obliged to report the matter to the whole moderation team, who will testify that is what you wrote. Anyone who is unsure is welcome to contact the mod of choice to ask. 2. Winston Churchil was NOT a constant bollock manipulator. He did however reprimand the behaviour of some Muslims who seemed content to labour in a state of militant slavery. However, if you bothered to read his whole speech as I just have you would see he was addressing the danger to all people from fascism. A creed which lead Christians into militant slavery. Were he alive today he could repeat the speech with reference to the Taliban and their co-fascists in Al Qaeda. You may also be interested to know that Winston Churchill had personal physical and moral bravery. Enough to go into battle several times, both in Africa as a soldier, and against the IRA (some other terrorists you might like). 3. I know perfectly well what you've said in the past about Al Qaeda. You state repeatedly that they are some sort of Home Guard courageously defending Muslims. Yet their bombs have kiled more Muslims in the last seven years than Coalition forces combined. Their only interest is subjugation of the entire planet to their warped imaginings. Defence has nothing to do with it. They openly reject democracy, and praise death and strong leadership. They are fascists. So I ask you once and for all are you against them or for them? 4. As my colleague has said, you are an embarassment to your faith and your nation. If you had the IQ God gave ducks you'd take a vow of silence and devote your remaining years to cleaning the shoes of the poor.

Debate: With great power comes great responsability
Walsingham replied to Kaftan Barlast's topic in Way Off-Topic
I don't know if that's true, but given the colossal wars constantly going on all the time, plus the HIV pandemic, I wouldn't be surprised. -
Bizarre thought: all people get the vote. However, you get your vote weighted according to how many randomly selected manifesto pledges you can identify from the main 4 candidates. The minimum you could score would be 0.5, and the maximum 1.0 It'll never happen.

Like every good rule there are limits to the application. In this instance the rule is forum courtesy. But I fail to see why we are bothering to seriously debate with a man whose overweaning arrogance and self-importance is so monolithic that he has clearly confused a lack of reverence for him with a general assault on Islam. A man who is a chronic abuser of himself, and the inverted comma. A man who sits at some dingbat secretarial college at the arse end of nowhere accusing men of courage and integrity of being racists and genocidaires. A man who lusts after the dubious plaudits of Al Qaeda terrorists and lacks the personal motivation to do anything more bloodthirsty than patrol the internet claiming to be "highly IQ". I attack his views, I attack his character, and given a suitably expensive piece of pottery I would attack his person.

I concede the point about ideology helping. I mean I don't give a **** what science tells me objectively at any time, I'm not being a racist. However, I think your notion of superstates is either a bit off-the-cuff or just frightening. I genuinely think that the single biggest and most important thing the US needs is less division on lines of democrat/republican. You should oust the lot and send them to Russia. I mean Britain is hidebound, but even we manage to shift slightly these days. And not just by region. But by person. There's very few people these days who claim to be either Tory or Labour. ...Having said that many are now acting like ***ts and voting Liberal because they can't be bothered to think and want something middle-road when the Liberals are anything BUT liberal. Mental, possibly... but not liberal.

From an unlikely source, but one of the truest things I've ever heard: Chris Rock, ladies and gentlemen.

I mean, that you suggest states which are Red should stay Red, presumably. Meaning no more elections in case the Blues get in.

Slightly cheap shot, but still relevant: Kaft, have you ever laid anyone off? -
So... no elections after that then?

I've read what WoD linked to, and it seems both the BBC and my friends have mislead me. I concede the point, and apologise for being wrong. They indicated that manufacturers had come into the country and paid low wages with promises of increases to come, then literally overnight they disappeared. So I guess that could be true, but the country as a whole is in good shape. But then, as this link suggests, manufacturing is only about 5% of GDP. -
I want to be theslug. Mainly because I could carry on being weird and no-one would notice, buta lso because he's younger and fitter than I am.

I've just been reading an account of post-traumatic stress in which the sufferer believed 18 inch high Japanese people were attacking him under the leadership of the minister for works and pensions. No doubt it is all a matter of opinion whether this is true.

I just realised that what we need is one of those 'Which Starwars character are you?' questionairres which checks which forumite you are. Anyone feel up to that?

Maybe you needed to sit down?
