I heard a theory somewhere that Bastilla stopped using the force. She "switched off the lightsaber" as Atton put it.
-
Yeah I was really just curious if Zalbaar had interactions with anyone except Mission. And I've had the Bastila/Mission interactions trigger on Dantooine.
-
Like for instance the interactions between Bastila and Carth... Is there a way to force the interactions between the characters? I'm guessing no but I'm also guessing someone knows where I might find a list of who talks with who and all that.

OH GoD!!!!!! YES! YES! YES!!!!!!! DON'T STOP!!!

Atton's deal is supposedly for female exiles only, while Handmaiden's is obviously for male exiles only. I've never experienced either of these in game, though I did find Atton's line in the vo files.

What's with the names of the characters?
Cassidy replied to linda's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I can understand Handmaiden... she is one of Atris' handmaidens. But why Desciple? That didn't make sense to me. -
I'll second that. Yeah, I thought it looked like a dark archon. Oh Starcraft, those were the days. *nostalgia* <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I forget where I knicked it from, but it reminds me of a DA too.

No, he was a treasure hunter.

@ Plano) But Bastila talked about how Jedi aren't allowed to love. Getting married would require love, in most cases. Though I know from experience it's not always required...

Yep... lol at Judge Hades

The three ways I know of are using the in game console to enter a cheat code, use a savegame editor, or exploit the infinite experience bug in the game itself. The infinite experience bug can be done in the sith tomb on Korriban, the one with visions of Malak, Kreia, and Revan. There is one room with a dead jedi in the center with four pillars around him, every time you check his corpse 2 Hississ monsters will spawn. Even though they pay pretty good xp, it can take some time to do unless you spawn 30 or 40 at a time. Another exploit is during the stealth sith attack on Dxun. Supposedly if you stay away from Mandalore's office they will keep spawning however I have had no success with this method. The few times I have tried that one, twice Mandalore stopped the fighting without me ever getting near his office, and once the sith stopped spawning all together. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This glitch happened to me, and it got altogether annoying, but mainly because they kept spawning in two seperate places (near Kex's stand, and where the cliff Mandalorian is when you return him). Amazingly, I lost almost no Mandalorians over like 50 battles, although Kex and the battle circle sergeant died after I accidently took them for enemies and fryed them....... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And how do you do that? <_< You can only attack people that are hostile toward you. If they died it was by the hand of the sith assassins, unless you hit some weird glitch.

But that's the problem. When you do DS things she usually bitches at you for it. Kreia: Are psychotic urges all that drive you!? Exile: What would you have done? Kreia: I would study the threads carefully and decide which one to pull, not sever them all at once! [Kreia: Influence lost]

She's an old bat who is rarely satisfied unless she is manipulating people.

They all have names in Morrowind, as best I can remember... off topic a bit but anyone know when Oblivion comes out for PC?

I doubt any dark jedi would conform to such a stupid code. I wouldn't have. I would have been sewing my oats all over the galaxy.

Who would you rather have killed?
Cassidy replied to Darth_Onivega's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Oh I never followed that out the whole way... Damn, I guess I'll have to start a new DSF game of K1. I have to kill him. Too bad the men can't kill him though. -
Ah, thank you.

Most hated Non-Player Character
Cassidy replied to Styur Voln's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well the title says Non-Player Character so it's your mistake I suppose. That covers anyone but the main character. -

!!!SPOILLER!!!AHEAD!!! ah dude u can kill Carth if u r darksider female Revan or even get Bastilla to do it if u want <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How? He always runs away on the beach saying something like "I'm not giving up on you!" I never have the chance to kill him. -
I didn't know about Kreia's xp bonus. I guess that's the only reason one would have for keeping her around. The highest I got was 27 or 28 I think. That's the highest I can remember anyhow.

I would rather have killed Carth. Should have been able to kill him in K1. Pissed me off that I couldn't. I mean, I got to kill Juhani, Jolee, Mission, and even Zaalbar if I wanted, but not Carth. -

Carth won't appear on Telos until after you have killed Nahilihoo, and then it's a forced convo so you can't miss it... unless of course you set Revan as DS in you convo with Atton on Peragus. On a related note, does anyone know what happens if you tell Atton you don't care about Revan and thus make no decisions about his/her history?

Just because I'm sick of people referring to Disciple being gay. I don't think he was ever intended to be gay and I don't understand how everyone got that impression... but that's another topic entirely. For those who don't fully understand, "You have left me an opening." refers to the enemy leaving himself open to Disciple's attack. I don't think it could really apply in a game like KotOR, but imagine playing any kind of multi player game where you battle other players. If the other player does something that leaves you free to attack, looks the wrong way, (FPS games like Quake and James Bond) or takes his army off somewhere away from base... (RTS games like Warcraft, Command and Conquer, Starcraft) If any of you are trained in hand to hand combat you will understand this concept perfectly. The point is this, when your enemy leaves himself undefended to an attack, that is "leaving an opening" and that is what Disciple is referring to.
