I saw much, much more that I liked than I disliked in k2 - and I'm confident that Obsidian can release extremely competent games in the future.

Everyone sensible knows damn well that Han shot first. Only Lucas' continual bastardization of the OT are trying to shift this 'villainous' trait to poor innocent Greedo. The way is was in its original unedited state provided the best character arc for Han - at first starting out as a selfish roque in Ep IV, then developing a begrudging loyalty for our heroes (masked under the illusion of credtis), before standing up for the good of the Rebellion against tyranny in Ep. VI.

If you've read any E.U. (Dark Rendezvouz for example), you'll know that Yoda is THE Grand Master of the Order (i.e Everyone's master from all the younglings to even even all the council members), and Senior most member on the Council (with Mace as number 2). At 800 years he's basically overseen EVERY Jedi that has risen from Youngling-->Apprentice-->Padawan-->Knight-->Master-->Council Member So basically, he is Obi Wan's Master.
