I enjoyed IWD 2 more than any other IE game,save Torment.

We used to play something similar during winters in school when we were younger. We used the biggest plastic bottle we could find. The rules were simplified,we only playe it on snow since our school was built on cement. It was really fun. We jumped on eachother's back and things like that. Anyway,to be honest I don't really care for either sport.

As I said in the Jade Empire thread,does anyone know if Interplay held on to the licence? I enjoyed both games and a new one would interest me to say the least. There are a couple of studios that could do the setting justice: Planet Moon(formed by the team that created the original MDK),Bioware,Croteam to name a few.

Come now Ender,that was over the line. Volo is more of a moderate fanboy anyway.

SS really wasn't my cup of tea but MDK 2 rocked. Almost as good as the original. Classic fun arcade shooter. Someone should really do a sequel.

Gah. Bioware should make MDK3. I wonder who owns the rights now. Did Interplay hold on to them?

Hah. To be honest I'm not that fond of their last 2 games released on the PC. I still like the BGs and am actaully thinking about replaying them once school starts(and summer ends). Anyway,for all I know JE could be the best CRPG since Fallout. Perhaps I'll even get to play it one day,and then praise it or bash it acordingly. Well,looks like the game did good enough and I hope it deserved its succes.

There are few RPGs that I trully hate. Morrowind has an honored place amongst them.

Man,Morrowind was so awesome. The non-linearity,the great characters,the great storyline! Man,so sweet!!!

What makes you think Obsidian can improve the combat? Honestly we've only seen 1 game from them as a team and the combat was a non-factor(in judging them) since it was of course copied from the first game. I'm not even sure if any of the DA2 devs are working at Obsidian.

Obsidian hasn't done any Console-style ARPGs yet and I hope they never will. Anyway,Snowlind does so go there. Or Inxile.
