I agree with kaftan in that this has the look of an *adult* version of star wars and normally with that kind of film i would be skipping ahead to the skin, but in this case i think my eyes would melt if there was that type of activity. On the subject of fanfilms i have heard of ones which are supposed to be not bad - around the time of TPM i hear dof an english couple making a few films and looked ok from what i saw.
