One point i forgot to add, I would be in favour of kavar letting malak live so long as he cut off malak's saber hand and used a great deal of force drain on him.

As an addendum to what i said earlier the chnages may have been made to root out fraudulent claimants and possibly redefine who can claim. Here in the UK at least there is talk of cutting the amount of ppl getting disability allowance and i agree with it somewhat since i know for a fact that not all people claiming it are deserving of it.

Depends on the degree of disability and whether they can be an efficient worker. A disabled person should not be forced to work in the same way an employer should not be forced to take on disabled person to satisfy equal opportunities only. If what you say is accurate the ozzie govt sound like a bunch of ****.

A simple concession? hmmm... debate this among the council we must! Well we would have to examine malak. He is sith and this implies negative characteristics which must be taken as unshakeable fact. What would be his reason for concession? A sith does not seek peaceor give up his power and will not submit to defeat especially to a jedi. So either he is deceiving Kavar (to attack him unguarded or playing a waiting game to deliver his ultimate revenge) or something in him has actually changed which would imply some measure of redemption. A jedi does not carry a lightsaber if he is not prepared to use it, but only as a last resort. In the games there are a few instances where if an opponent submits you are given the option to kill them anyway or show mercy on them. So there is some jedi chivalry in the game. Just rememebr that when disarming a normal baddie thats it they have no more means of offense, whereas a sith always has the force.

no... they redeemed revan in an unconventional manner. Not everything should be up for debate by the moral majority. In a time of war difficult decisions have to be made, the bottom line was that revan was the leader of the baddies so capturing him was a big bonus. They needed info from him so manipulating one person is fine especially when it saved the galaxy (LS)
