KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
Hildegard replied to Fionavar's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
There are 3 possibilities regarding KOTOR 3 if it's going to be made: 1) If the developer of the sequal is going to take Kreia's vision of the future at the end of K2 as a platform for K3 - then we can speculate as much as we want because the foundations for the next game are cristal clear. 2) The developer can ignore Kreia's prophecy and say that she was just misleading and lying to the Exile and make K3 with familiar characters from K1 & K2 but with a whole different scenario - which is possible, then there is little room to speculate or guess what the story will be. 3)The developer can also totaly bury the events from K1 & K2 and make K3 with a story and characters that have little or no connection to the previous games and just mention what happened with events and people from K1&K2 in the form of history books, holocorns and stuff like that. I know many people wouldn't like this, although some would, but this is also highly possible to be the case with K3 - if so then I believe all of your efforts to forsee what K3 will be are in vain and you're just wasting your time in a futile attempt to do otherwise. -
Welcome back Eru, hope you did get some rest in Mexico other then just working "

that is old news. It's perfectly clear that the roots of Islamic extremism go way back from a Islamic cleric Al-Afghani to Muhamad Abduh who was preaching that the only way to 'fight' the western influence is by Islam and that all answers about everything lie in the Quran. Based on his teachings the 'Muslim Brotherhood' was formed in 1928 which later became a role model for every Islamic organization. The Brotherhood was very active in the field of caritative and social issues which gave them a vital role as a modern civil part of the Arab world. They were preaching new and 'pure' Islam free of traditional attachments, by doing that they gained a great number of followers in millions across the entire muslim world. For Islamists to create an Islamic state they use various methods including caritative work, foundation of fundamentalistic political parties and finally terrorism against those they see as enemies. Great role in all of this played a desire to gain their 'muslim' identity before the eyes of the world. You can say that Islamism ( as a system of goverment and a social system) is and was born out of deep economic, social and political crisis of Middle Eastern countries, it is not the cause but it's a result of incapable and inefficient regimes of those states.

So what if they laughed, soldiers have a tendency to enjoy 'wasting' the enemy, no matter from what country they are, no matter in what conflict. The guy in the car was probably criticly wounded and was going to die anyway so they really did him a favour by 'putting him down' with a 120mm 'injection'. Why laugh - please they fire a HEAT and the guy and the car literally 'disappear'. Those people like the guy in the car are killing their comrades every single and they learn to hate and despise them to that point that they are glad when they are killed even in situations that others see as inappropriate. Luckily we don't know what is like to be engaged in combat in Iraq and how it affects a psyche of an individual and how it certainly changes your perception what is appropriate and what is not. And we, from the safety of a computer screen, have no right what so ever to be judging them.......anyways they were just putting out a fire with a 'controled' explosion "

It's also true that if you pull the 'secret' switch behind the toilet seat on telos you get a full business report of the SW universe on your terminal, including the ever hard reachable - Ewok S&P 500 - Index report: .......this is Charles Hudson reporting live...... If you ever have any other 'interesting' stories and rumors, please do share it with us, I haven't had such a good laugh all day and I thank you for that

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions

They'll make it jodo when this thread comes to KotoR: Ideas and Suggestions, part 327 " .....the only purpous of this thread is to contain a huge numbers of topics related to K3 being around, not for your or anyones idea being incorporated in the next possible Kotor. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ... And especially to keep lame ideas out of harms way. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Like Eddo36's? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Like yours, mine and everybodies because K3 will probably end up like nobody imagined it to be (except me " ) -

Jedi Theme (Enclave Restored) I always get depressed, saddened and nostalgic when I go through the restored Jedi enclave on Dantooine in K2 while hearing this music, flashes of the enclave from K1 suddenly rush back through my mind remembering it swarming with life and now there is nothing left but memories...sad, just sad :'( :'( :'( Enclave restored -

The election of the recent president of Iran says otherwise.....

If this is Islam then hell yes Islam does have direct links to terrorism when this is considered an Islamic law <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And you think that's common? For your info; most muslims aren't crazed fundamentalists. Normal people; working their ass of like everyone else. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I did not say nor did I meant that most muslims are crazy fundamentalist. I was talking about Islamists, not muslims, there's a big difference. Those things are common in Iran, in many parts of Pakistan, Syria, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the Arab world as is the deplorable treatment of women, children, and other treatments under Islamic rule. All who critize their laws and customs from within or abroad are usually placed under a fatwa (a holy judgment offering a reward to anyone who kills him/her) by Muslim leaders. No wonder these violent and primitive surroundings are the roots from which the current terrorists are created.

As for the actors from the 'golden age' of Hollywood here's the MAN himself, the all mighty: Clark Gable - always liked him and his stance

I wasn't claiming culturale superiority or anything, I was just pointing out that I don't understand Danish and I think that no culture in Europe can compare with the one like latin other then the acient Greek.. That doesn't have to do anything with wisdom, it has to do only with the level of education regarding latin language, I hardly think that knowing latin has something to do with the perception of ones intelligence, it only has to do with the perception of ones knowladge of wide general culture.
-
Very smart Lucius, very smart....when we are responding, as pixie says, in riddles - as they say: Sunt asini multi solum bino pede fulti - you're a very good example With all do respect to Danish culture and society I find it hard to compare it with the latin language, wisdom and culture.

I'm not some big fanboy, but when everybody is posting their favourite actors, my would have to be: Al Pacino Rober De Niro Clint Eastwood
