Congratulation 11XHooah Will you undergo RIP at Ft. Benning Georgia or is there another boot camp? And are you now officially part of the 5th Ranger Training batallion or not yet? BTW, don't even bother responding to ppl who say you're stupid or something, you're doing something you love and believe in....and nothing else matters.

Hey, you're the expert. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you think I'm so wrong then prove me wrong in a more constructive way rather then cheap sarcasm.

That's excatly my point....the US Congressional elections of 2006 will be held on November 7, 2006. It is improbable that the United States would launch strikes against Iran in the run-up to the election. However, as soon as the election concludes, domestic political inhibitions about the uncertain consequences of striking Iran would be greatly diminished. Some analysts predict that Iran could acquire a nuclear weapon as early as 2006. As of mid-2003 the CIA reportedly assessed that Iran was two or three years away from developing nuclear weapons....so in my view the possible war could start in the in 07. BTW, anyone who says that Iran would be a cakewalk like Iraq doesn't know one thing what he's talking about.

If war errupts you'll need 'tons of boots'.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> War wouldn't erupt. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> War will erupt in late 06 or in the beginning of 07.

I won't even ask what gave me away. " I've been going through tough time and radical change in my life and I wanted to forget most of things in my 'previous' life so I thought a new account would be according. Guess you can change the enviorment you live in but you can't change yourself - who you really are. Soon I'll be gone for real and while I'm still around I'll use this new account as you probably won't see me posting from this account for a long time - maybe never again as I want to leave behind most of everything from my past. There are foreigners in Iraq that are privately contracted by the Coalition forces or by the Iraqi provisional goverment through their companies or in some cases individually....sure it's a risk going to Iraq, but hey, with the paychecks they offer many would rethink this and some would take the chance and go with it - their life their choice. When it comes to humanitarians and other aid workers that go to Iraq, I'm sorry but I wouldn't call them idiots, if they really wonna help the Iraqi people through their work so let them, I'm pretty sure they understand the risk given the fact of numerous kidnappings we see on TV, it may seem dumb, but when you look at it it's also a very brave thing to do. Again it's their life their choice. When it comes to the method of retrieving them if kidnapped, heck if I knew there was a slightless chance they're going to be released if they or I claim they're against the ocupation, anti-Israely or anti-US etc. I would do so, cowardly or not. Although I would say so any given day " Goodbye everybody....tomorrow morning I'm leaving and turning a completely new page in my life, if you never again hear from me I wish you all the luck, health and happiness in your life. See you all in an other lifetime

A recent video has sparked concern that private security companies, which are not subject to any form of regulation either in Britain or in Iraq, could be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of innocent Iraqis. You can find the video here More info I guess regural patrols do get borring so you just need to 'kill' time

I just wanted to say it's ridiculous to say AJ is the mouth of AQ, because if there was one that clearly was/is doing so, praising the 9/11 hijackers and calling for violence and suicide bombers, it would get shut down by any serious goverment, especially a ME allie to the US such as Qatar.....I remember prior to the 9/11 the Bush administration was supporting the establishment of AJ and its work, but after it showed the constant devastation and civilian casulties in Afghanistan caused by the USAF, the Bush administration changed the rethoric, practically marking them as 'enemy' propaganda, bombing their offices in Iraq&Aghanistan(me thinks intentionly), killing their reporter in Iraq, imprisoning another on phony charges as countless others placing them in Guantanamo, driving them out of Iraq because they weren't 'helping'...... I don't know you tell me....let's just say it was very convinent that out of all embassies they struck the one whose country was the strongest opposition to the war together with Russia. I'm not even saying that anybody in the US or elsewhere in the west watch or listen to AJ, but the fact is it's the most popular news network in the Arab world and with the US trying to present their image as the good guys to the people in the ME, AJ isn't contributing that, on the contrary with the constant 24/7 broadcast of images of tortured Iraqis from Abu Ghraib prison and the controversy with the US handling of Falluja etc. they've done more damage to the US then any insurgent in Iraq. And the US can blame that only on themselves,on the conduct of those in charge responsable for the mentioned 'incidents' and not AJ, as Bush probably got frustrated and joked/said/mentioned they ought to be bombed and it ended up on the record. Knowing what blunt statements Bush speaks out, this with AJ is hardly suprising. Yeah they got kicked already out of many undemocratic states in the ME and abroad, and ofmany of those that are tagged as US allies. Just a quick note here: Bush may be a lot of things, but first and foremost he is a BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN. To suggest that he personally sanctioned torture is ludicrous. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm not saying Bush personally sanctioned those tortures in Abu Ghraib because as many experts said those tortures didn't have any goals of extracting information just some sadistic purpose of those who commited them or whatever....What I wanted to say they just want to show/prove how the war in Iraq was never about WMDs/connection of Saddam with AQ/freeing the Iraqi people, in their view it was only about the economic and strategic interests od the US and its allies(Israel) and I agree with them. Excatly it was their mistake it got on record, no record no news......reminds of Watergate Ah. Well, I did try: several tranlators on the internet and my two latin dictionaries had no idea what "facturus" was. Why are you quoting archaic latin, if you KNEW nobody would get it? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It was just the appropriate saying to be mentioned in this case, frankly I didn't bother to think if anyone would understand it :"> Good Bye Meta, I'll miss your neverending wikipedia links

Say What? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think he meant about the mujahideen who fought the soviets in Afghanistan of which a large number were/are now members of Al Qaida.....at least I think he meant that <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, if that's what he was talking about then his logic makes no sense. Especially since he doesn't mention Afghanistan at all, but instead cites Libya...and the Gulf. Lets see, when did Lockerbie happen? When did the Iraq-Iran war happen? When did the bombing of the Marine barracks in Lebanon occur? When did the Achille Lauro attack occur? When did the Munich Olympics plane hijacking occur? When did the Iran Hostage Crisis happen? When did the Yom Kippur war happen? When did all four Pakistan vs. India Wars occur? Did all of the above all occur before the end of the soviet era? Um, Yep. How in the *world* can anyone possibly say that there's been *any* "turn in Islam" (for better or worse) after the soviets? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well Muso ain't a 'regular' participant in these debates, so he made a mistake...you don't need to go ballistic on him Yrkoon

Yes it is, and I didn't say it wasn't. I just wanted to tell that with the ethnic disputes and rows they don't have that 'they're are own' feeling as one would think and those that do and kill inocent civilians on purpous, well they're brainwashed that they will all be marters in the great jihad and that's excatly how they justify those killings which is insane in my opinion. I'm sorry for posting that, I shouldn't have .....let's just say nobody can on this forum (except for one person ) or anywhere else. But don't worry one day I'll be back - I hope

The act itself isn't 'american propaganda' nor did I mean so. I was refering to your article that described the event like: The US forces were giving out teddy bears to Iraqi children and because of that the insurgents came and blew everybody up - what a fairy tale. As Steve put it, humanitarians ought to do that, not US soldiers because they will draw enemy fire. And those conducting the bombing are either foreign fighters, former Saddam loyalists or Sunni extremists as they make like around 80% of the insurgency, so for them seeing bunch of Shi'ts getting killed in order to destabilize the country ain't much of a bad. As for you calling me a hypocrite, you have right to an opinion and that's fine, it doesn't bother me....but don't worry Moth soon you won't hear about my constant anti - US sentiment for a long time.
