As soon as George Lucas stop pissing all over his original creation in order to make it 'consistent' with the prequels while removing all possibility of getting the ORIGINAL films on DVD, I will be quite happy to do so. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, arn't u the head of the Jar Jar fan club? Actually, because they aren't what I wanted them to be, I consider them bad movies which I don't want associated with the originals. Nothing more, nothing less. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well leave them alone then, don't talk about them. It is my impression that because u spend so long complaining about them in actual fact, u secretly like them. I bet u just loved Jar Jar but ur pride won't let u admit it.

The problem is some of us (many of us, actually) don't like the prequels. We DO like the Original Trilogy, unedited, and without really crappy CGI and piss-poor modern day Lucas decisions mucking things up. If Lucas wants to release his own version, that's fine and dandy for those who want it....but why show such contempt for people who want to buy the original version on DVD? Why can't I have the version that was seen in theaters in the 1970's and early 1980's rather than what I consider to be an inferior redesign? It's not as if there will be a lack of demand for it, so the decision seems to be based on pure ego. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think that people who go on about the prequels being crap are just cry babies. You are comparing them to films that have been considered classics for 20 years and just because they are not what u wanted them to be like u sulk. For me they may not be quite as good but they add to my enjoyment of the OT which makes them good to me.

I actually spoiled things for my self. I was so impatient waiting for it to be released on PC i found out that u were Revan from the bioware boards!

I don't see a problem either. GL is just trying to make things more consistant between the 2 trilogies. It's not like he is replacing Alec Guinness with Ewan McGreggor or adding in totally new characters.

You can kind of redeem him. When u beat him he says that there maybe more to the jedi teachings than he first thought.

There are too many variables to use the same charaters again. Especially if u play DS then half of them will be dead! And who is Revon? I never heard of him. Revan was the main character.

He was not refering to Malaks aprentices, everyone who played DS killed those aprentices. Once again you come in and get the wrong end of the stick.

No it was Davik's. I mean how did u get it on the Hawk if it was the one you rode? It's not like you had alot of time to pick it up. And where was it after u raced, i don't remember seeing it in the appartment.
