  1. Wow, this thread made my eyes burn. x_x Anyways, for a black one, it could be like a black light-type-thing, but I wouldn't really want it anyways... Silver or white would be cool.
  2. Ooh, alright, thanks for telling me.
  3. Eh, probably not. I'll read reviews and previews, but I'd rather not spoil it. Unless it is some thirty second commercial, I'm likely not going to watch that much of it.
  4. i hope so but i was trying to create a male character (for the third time playing it) but then it took me about 1/2 an hour trying to decide which one looked the best to play as and in the end i just decided to play as female Haha, I did the same thing. The thing that annoyed me was that none of the women even had hair longer than their shoulders. It was just a pet peeve, I guess.
  5. Your stepfather owns an assasin droid!? Sweet Can I borrow it? I just joined this topic, so bare with me. For the whole some-jedi-existed thing that Sniggy mentioned way back when, I'm not too sure about that. First, Dantooine was utterly destroyed, killing off a good portion of Jedi. Then, if you were Light Side, a good portion of them were killed on the Star Forge, since it blew up, didn't it? I think it did, haven't finished KOTOR for a while...You could say an armada of Jedi from the Coruscant grouping joined the fray of the Star Forge battle. If you were Dark Side, you could say that the Jedi on the Star Forge were killed off by you with your followers and your Star Forge droids. Of course, a bunch of wimpy Jedi may have gone into hiding afterwards, and you were the most likely to make a difference, so the Sith Lords decided to kill you off before you started a Revolt. Next, I doubt we'll be returning to Taris, unless it's going to be like the satelite near Yavin IV in the computer version, since we're already confirmed to visit the wreakage of Dantooine, and one obliterated planet is enough, I think. I'm done.
  6. The bastard child of KOTOR and LOTR? Elrond: Mr. Anderson! You must cast the ring into the fire! Isildor: It is mine! Elrond: *Force Push* Isildor: ahhhhh! Fixed. Anyways, I have a few questions of my own. They aren't too great, but I guess maybe they actually have a chance to be answered that way. ^__^ 1. Will there be some sort of...library thingie, where you can find out a lot of the stuff from the Star Wars comics and stuff? I feel kinda left out since I haven't read them, and get kinda confused when people talk about them. 2. The models we've been shown aren't the final ones, are they? I thought that the ones from EGM were kinda jaggy... 3. Will the male characters actually look good?
  7. Haha, Monty Python...Sadly, the only movie of their's I've seen is the Holy Grail, but that was great.
  8. Well, it would kinda ruin the next game, seeing as, according to GameSpot, we'll be visiting the destroyed Dantooine already. And, supposively(spelling? bah.), it's gonna be REAAAAALLY messed up.
  9. Sort of reminded me of Skies of Arcadia, another good RPG. They had six generals in it, somewhat like the whole Sith Lords idea. Each one had a bit of a different personality, like one who was just...completely insane, another who had a really honourable perception of the whole war, another who was a girl and was in love with one of the main bosses, stuff like that. It made it an interesting game, especially because you would want to find out about these characters and why they turned out this way. And the boss had really cool attacks and was...well, hot-looking. ^^;;;. But that has nothing to do with this, sooo... I'd think it'd be really cool if the main Sith Lord was really a girl. Especially if she was really insane, though I think that'd be better on one of the lower-level Sith Lords. But if she was some cold, ruthless character, it'd be even better. ^___^
  10. At least it's unfinished, I don't really want the female romance to be a she-male. O_O
  11. Red haired girl? Ehh? I like HK. Being homicidal is fun! But I wish there was more to do with him other than programming, that would have been awesome.
  12. Meh, I'd have posted more, but I've been too busy drooling over the latest Zelda game to post. ^____^ But now I'm back. Humming Zelda songs. Yesss....
  13. *hopes it's gonna be a super evil sith girl* Anyways, methinks that's the main baddie, because in one of the interviews on Gamespot (the second one where they had a little video of interviews playing in the corner) since when they interviewed one of the Devs, he moved slightly when Sithie was in the background, making the word "(START)" easily visible. Since Malak was a centerpiece in both the start screen and box are of KoToR I, I suppose this is our main boss. And uhm...the blue background doesn't help the evilness.
  14. Uhm...You can...you know...actually talk to them? That always works, you know. Besides, you had a sort of communicator in KoToR one, remember? You spoke to Carth on it when you still had Trask...
  15. Maybe, but I don't think it will just yet...After all, it does seem to get a lot of money off of the Gameboy sales, after all, they kind of are the only handheld console company right now.
  16. ...This one says thirteen? o__o
  17. Guess what? You're right! Somewhat, anyway. Seriously, though, they've mentioned this in one of the Gamespot articles I think? Anyways, Obsidian has introduced something close to this idea to KoToR II. It would seem that certain characters will admire you, and others will feel the opposite way(depending on how you treat them, I think it said, sorry it I'm wrong...). If you slip to the dark side, your admirer will fall with you, and the other will do the opposite by going light, and vice-versa. It's not exactly like you mentioned, but it's kinda close.
  18. Meh. Jade Empire looks cool, but I'm not going to go out and buy an X-Box for it. I guess it's because I'm one of those people who were born and raised on a Nintendo system. *shrug* If it came out for PC or Gamecube, I'd buy it for sure.
  19. Hmm, didn't see that article before, thanks for the link. Something I didn't know before was that there would be seven Sith Lords, though I suppose I should have guessed when I saw that there would be seven planets. But now I am curious, does this mean that the Sith Lords will be one per planet, or will there be another level like the Leviathan?
  20. I don't like potatoes. I like Windex better.
  21. OHMYGAWDITIZANEWBIE!11!!1!one!!11one!11eleventy1 Anyways...Somewhat of a SPOILER! It would seem that none of you have seen that Saturday article on Gamespot? I hope I'm not violating any rules or anything posting this, but they revealed a little bit of the beginning. If you choose to start with the tutorial, you wind up playing as T3, driving around the Ebon Hawk repairing it, which seems to have taken a heck of a lot of damage before playing with your custom character. If you choose not to enter the tutorial, then you start off with your custom character anyway. Apparently, you wake up inside of the Peragus(spelling?) Mining camp-type-thingie to find yourself in the company of Keira or whatever that old woman's name is and find out that you're being hunted. Some point during the level, you'll find Atton Rand(hurrah.). That's all I can remember anyway, but I suggest you check the article out. It also has a five minute clip from some of the creators of the game. In the background of one of them, if you look closely, you'll be able to see a part of the start screen, our little sith mask buddy! :D I guess it is, anyway, since when the developer moved, you could see the word "START". I'm guessing mask-man is the lead Sith Lord in the game, seeing as Malak was a centerpoint in both the KoToR box art and the start screen. And uhhh....yeah.
