  1. I think it is ok if bosses resist intimidation. Dazzling Display is still a great help in every battle, except for enemies with immunity. I regret not taking the Mythic improvement to have the option to turn it into a quicker action, even though it looked bad because of the penalties. Instead, I picked Mythic Enchantment School Focus and I don't use those spells that often. What happens if I respect my character, can I choose Mythic Feats and Abilities again?
  2. Spy x Family Will Return With Part 2 in October 2022 JoJo: I don't even remember who is that girl who was killed. Anyway, I watched only one episode today. I'll leave the rest for the weekend.
  3. I tried this new patch on GOG and it is stuck on beta. There is a "bug report" label on the right side of the screen and the version number on the left. Apparently it is very buggy too. Luckily, it was possible to return to the earlier version. Drezen - Part 1 I had to stop halfway through the first map when I noticed it was two hours past midnight. What can protect me from the ability drain? I actually don't know if the spell (Shadow Putrefation?) is considered poison. Would Delay Poison work?
  4. They do that and hire as showrunners two guys that worked only in one project: Star Trek Beyond. And they weren't even in the credits. Ok, it can be that bad.
  5. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power review: Amazon's prequel is kind of a catastrophe Can it be that bad?
  6. They could at least try to minimize it. But the decision making in Westeros seems to focus on the opposite.
  7. I noticed that, but it seemed really out of character for this playthrough. I was tempted to select that though.
  8. Overlord 4.9 The Sorcerer Kingdom declares war on Re-Estize and Albedo delivers a message from Ainz: “I do not intend to cast any large spells this time. Let’s enjoy ourselves.” This line was hilarious as well: “You claim this was all a part of our schemes, but this matter came as a surprise to us, as well. We are the ones who want to know what in the world your kingdom was thinking.” Brain finds a way to send the children he was training away from danger. How nice, you can almost forget he used to work with rapists. We get introduced to Nigredo, Albedo’s older sister, who, despite her horrific appearance, seems to be the kindest npc in the Tomb. She begs Ainz to stop massacring people, claiming that all babies have potential and humans can bring progress to civilization. He ends up accepting a suggestion from Pestonia and allowing a small number of humans to survive so that they can spread rumors of the terror he is causing. Meanwhile, in the city of E-Naeul, a small group of experienced adventurers will lead some others of low level and a bunch of soldiers against an invading force of two death knights and hundreds or thousands of zombies. For whatever reason there is a scene revealing that one of the adventurers, a priestess, is a shotacon. Ok. The attack begins and the adventurers wonder if the Death Knights are the Sorcerer Kingdom’s trump cards. Sure, there is nothing more dangerous in Nazarick. Don’t worry. Eventually they realize that they don’t stand a chance against the Death Knights and their leader tells the others to escape while she buys some time. And then… a flying mech appears??? Well, it shoots the Death Knights and easily destroys them. The floor guardians, watching the fight from afar, are surprised, while Ainz (very likely lying) says it was to be expected. And of course everyone starts to gape at his supposed supreme intelligence. Edit: No, not all terrors are from Nazarick.
  9. It's expensive! But no worries, I found a staff that allows her to cast Fireball three times a day. There were also some other interesting developments:
  10. I saw some discussions about it. Perhaps it was fixed? Or people didn't test it properly. Thanks for letting me know you tested it. I'm considering going with a Winter Witch on a future playthrough and the elemental bloodline is something I want to have.
  11. Does anyone know if Ascendant Element works with scrolls? I wanna give Ember Fireballs, but who knows if it will apply. Apparently the elemental bloodline ability to convert spells to another element won't make them suitable for the mythic ability. Another thing, I think had a mercenary Witch learn a spell from a scroll. Is it intentional? Or am I crazy?
  12. I checked the requirements for Azata and Gold Dragon. And I learned how to recruit earlier a certain female companion on the way. I think I'll be all right. In fact, I'm already "drawing my power from freedom" or something like that.
  13. I did what @majesticdescribed above, so there was no sign of such place. That is ok, I intend to go Azata and later Gold Dragon. So far, for Mythic abilities/feats, I picked the improvement for Hideous Laughter and Mythic Spell Focus for my main character. Maybe I'll take Mythic Dazzling Display next, it is working just fine with my high CHA. I've been able to fright anyone who is not immune to it. For the casters I went with Abundant Casting and Mythic Spell Focus. I wanted to take Ascendant Element for Ember first, but I ended up with Abundant Casting by mistake.
  14. That is a good explanation, thanks. I still think they should establish officially how it works, however that would make the story really boring. I saw a family tree with spoilers, not that I remember much, although I saw some of the spoilers you mentioned. I don’t mind the others.
  15. I think you are on to something. Is Seelah’s horse Iomadae’s avatar? It seems he can cast divine spells.
  16. House of the Dragons No spoilers here, except for the beginning of the very first scene. I'm still watching the first minutes of the first episode, but I had to google a family tree and I can't understand why they had a problem with the succession. Can't they establish some simple rules? The heir is the next older male or the next in line, whatever? What a mess. This is supposed to be spoiler free for the start of the series, according to reddit: I don't know who was born first, but it seems the heir should be Aemma Arryn, the pregnant lady in the first scene? She is also a granddaughter of the king, but her mother was the king's first child. Of course, since they are Targaryens, everyone is marrying their cousins or siblings, so who cares who gets the throne, your grandchild will probably be the next heir anyway. Edit: they explain later that Rhaenys' father was the eldest son of the king. So Aemma doesn't have a better claim. Still messy since they claim there is no obvious heir but suggesting a woman on the throne is not taking seriously, which would mean that the man is the ovious heir.
