Did you know Aaron Judge has the MLB record for most consecutive games with a strikeout? In his rookie season 2017 he struck out in 37 consecutive games but still managed to hit .277 over those games.

They also burned and looted a Target and a number of small business. Most of those minority owned. Then they beat the living hell out of a white woman in a wheelchair and damn near killed her. So heavy handed uniformed murderers on one side, crazed looting savages on the other. There are naught but villians in this who sick affair. I'm done with the whole human race. f--k 'em all. $50 says at least half the people in this video have no idea who George Floyd is or why they are looting Target or beating this woman. -
Did you know Mickey Mantle has the longest HR ever at 565'? However, Chipper Jones and Barry Bonds both hit balls into the water in SF that may have gone farther.

No it wasn't. Not until after anyway. He was just being a contrarian **** at first. The reasons came after. Any one who talks about how awesome Che was does not get to complain about police brutality. US cops nation wide could not hold a candle to that monster. -

I had few positive things to say about the Obama. Admin. But one thing he got right takes a big step today at 20:33 GMT. He cleared all the hurdles and opened up government facilities for private spaceflight. And today the first manned private space launch will take place. https://phys.org/news/2020-05-spacex-moment-triumph-astronauts-ready.html -

As were you no doubt. It's amazing how big a piece of our lives these mutts are isn't it? But not nearly so big a piece as we are of theirs. -

I am terribly sad today. Bela passed away at the vet's office this morning. She had been lethargic the past two days. Today she wouldn't eat. My regular vet is closed so I drove her up to the 24 hr emergency hospital in Dyersburg. The root cause was internal bleeding due to a tumor in her liver. They did an ultrasound and found it. The only course was to remove part of her liver followed by a round of chemotherapy. But the Dr. didn't recommend it because of her age. It was unlikely she would have survived the treatment. They had her sedated for the ultrasound already so I said my goodbye to her in the exam room without them waking her up. She passed with her grizzled old muzzle cradled in my hands. I hope she could at least smell me and know I was there. Bela came to live with us a year ago. Her original owner was a friend from the VFW who had passed away. She had nowhere else to go and I was happy to take her in. Both for him and for her. She was 13 years old. Sunny is very upset. She walks from room to room looking for her friend. My only solace is to think that she is back with John again. He loved that dog. And to be thankful she was my girl for the short time we had together. So, I'm going to open a bottle of Four Roses and have a drink. Probably quite a few drinks, and site on my porch and listen to the sounds of day turning to night. No other music can capture the mood i'm in today.- 514 replies

Boys let black widow bite them in hopes of turning into Spider-Man You know the ironic thing is Peter Parker never got much joy from being Spider Man. If he had to do it over again I think he would have swatted the spider.

OK, I heard a good one today. How many Republicans does it take to change a lightbulb? None. Trump will just tell them it has been changed and they will all sit in the dark and applaud. -

@KaineParker you are not wrong. But the goal in THIS election cycle as in the last one is not to make the 2020 nominee President. It's to capture 5% of the national vote. Gary Johnson got to 4.5% with name recognition and a number of media opportunities. Some of those were so utterly squandered with gaffs that the .5% needed might have been lost right there. One thing I do like about Jorgensen is she is self aware enough about her chances. Her acceptance speech indicates an understanding of the challenge and a realization there are goals other than an improbable win in this contest. That is something I'm not sure Johnson & Barr before him had a clue about. I really believe it is possible for the LP to achieve electoral success. They have a message that will appeal to a large group of americans who really just want to be left alone and be allowed to live and work in peace. But to have that success we need to make the jump from 3rd party also-ran to contender. Automatic ballot access and campaign matching funds come with 5% of the vote. That is a step that needs to be taken. For too long the LP has been a joke. A juvenile clown show of fools and frat house antics that see people like Vermin Supreme, John Macafee treated with undeserved credibility. The fact that VS actually got delegates yesterday indicates it has not grown up yet. Until that happens we will never be able to mount a credible challenge. -

The LP has nominated Jo Jorgensen to be our Presidential nominee. I have nothing against her. She is very smart and well educated. MBA at SMU and PhD in Psychology at Clemson. She is a professor there when she is not on the LP executive committee. Yes, she is a party hack. The biggest problem is no one has ever heard of her. And that is not likely to change between now and November. Basically she was the best of bad choices. Jacob Hornberger is pretty much a terrible person that no one likes and this f-----g guy actually came in third: The fact that this happened tells you just how lost the cause is. -

I just finished fertilizing and turning the soil in the garden. I'm going to let it rest until august then plant the fall garden. But with no farmers market it will only be a 1/2 acre. -
Believe it or not no. I thought the same thing when I read the question. It was Luis Gonzalez of all people. The guy wasn’t even a power hitter. He played for the Chicago Cubs, the Houston Astros, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Barry bonds like a lot of other big names only had two.

Did you know that Greg Maddux faced 20421 batters over his career? Only 133 of them ever got him to a 3-0 count. Only one batter ever hit more than career 2 HR off of him. Anyone want to guess who that was? I'll give you a hint... he played in both the NL Central and NL West.

Yep! Worst system in the world... except for all the others -
Wearing a mask because the goddamned government told you to... or else... is a whole different story than if you were required to do so to enter Guard Dog's Farmers Market, Liquor Store, and Pet Sitting Service. If you tell the government no the police will beat the absolute f--k out of you before charging you with assaulting their fists with your face and not wearing a mask. At the GDFMLSPSS you can wear the mask or bugger off and take your business elsewhere. The former is tyranny, the latter is a man setting the rules in a business he OWNS. There is a big difference.
