Even when loading previous save games There’s a few new posts on Reddit about it with others saying it’s a fresh new bug that is likely a result from the most recent update

I dig up some footage from game files. It’s showcase of 80 active abilities from early development. Most of these abilities were cut from the game. I spent entire day making this video. It’s 42 minutes long. You can see cool ideas with Circle of Protection, Stasis Shell, Spirit Reflection, Vanishing Strikes, Dimensional Seal, Mental Binding, Warding Seal, Whisper of Treason and more. Just noticed that the status of this bug has changed from "Investigating" to "Fixed in a future patch." So....I guess that's good...at some unknown future date... Aren't hot fixes a thing? Kinda frustrating. Hopefully this future patch is soon.

Im also having trouble with the VPs not showing up when I "Report to Head Office Tower" during the NOW HIRING: INVALUABLE DISPOSABLE AGENT quest, so I cant progress further at all. I cant go back a save to try and push it through either, so that sucks.

Same. I've been exhausting all the other content and it's been a week since I first encountered this bug. It's absolutely game breaking and literally the most upvoted issue on the tracker. It's frustrating that it's still being "investigated" and not considered a "major" bug.

I have the same issue too, the VPs are nowhere to be found. I've gone and explored everything else waiting for an hotfix and I've now run out of places that I had not been to. I was hoping that a patch would come, but unfortunately I am now going to not finish this and move on to another game. Unless a patch arrives this week, it is unlikely that I'll get back to it, which also means that I won't bother with any DLC. Shame.

If I already finished All MIX.R quests, How can I found O.R.C. creatures to get their gold cards?

I have the same issue on Xbox. The VP's aren't there to hand in the quest so I can't progress Aunties Choice how I want to. On top of that Ruth seems to have bugged and there is no dialogue to get the Order to help take the archive, despite the quest literally telling me to get help. I suspect both bugs are linked somehow. And I don't want to take the Archive alone as I've read in a few places that it just leads to another bug where there's a missing NPC. Extremely poor that 1: There are so many serious story bugs for major parts in the game so long after release. And 2: There seems to be a complete lack of urgency to fix them. I know if I put the game on hold while it's fixed I'll just never come back to it as I'll have moved on to other games. Which is a shame as I was really enjoying it until this point.

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I know it's a known issue but with no idea how long it'll be until it's fixed, I may just have to do the Archive and not get to see what happens if you can work with both factions. My other option would be stop playing OW2 until it's fixed but knowing myself that probably means I just would get into a different game and forget to ever come back.

I'm having the exact issue. Ormsby and Pendergrass are NOT in the room. The entire aunties questline (and their cooperation with the order) is now broken for me. I don't have an earlier save to even try since I first visited too long ago.

Just found this is listed as a known bug on https://outerworlds2.obsidian.net/issue-tracker "Executives at ACHQ cannot be found at their office when trying to turn in Indisposable Agent for Hire AR-130353"

Have you found a way to fix it? Because I’m also having that problem as of last night.
