  1. Looks like a pre-made MC and silly system requirements. I'd say "at least it's not UE5", but it is not a high bar to clear. The combat might be fine, but the visual noise is incredibly annoying. Thus, I might consider getting it for $5 in 5 years. Edit. It does look like TW3 and I strongly disliked that game. While TES VI is development, Ardenfall is closing onto the release date (the last I've heard, "early 2026"). Ardenfall on SteamArdenfall is an immersive RPG set in a world of intricate politics and ancient cultures. Explore flowing plains, rain drenched wetlands, and forgotten dungeons full of danger. Meet countless interesti https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/grapeocean/avaria-iron-rule The Black Geyser developers are preparing to launch a crowdfinding campaign for their new game. The description sounds appealing, even if their previous title was somewhat uneven. The survey: https://forms.gle/ibSV87UBjA9aYoXn8
  2. I dunno how this is supposed to go from shooting missiles to regime change and I don't think Israel and the US do either.
  3. I hope not, since I dislike/have zero interest in Elder Scrolls (overall). Looks more like Breath of the Wild+other adventure-rpg mashups, maybe with a hint of Witcher 3 (but not like W3, mind). The world aesthetics, questing/exploration reminds me a little bit of Enshrouded vibe, too. Again, not saying the same, just kinda reminds me a bit. EDIT: the dev's other/most recent game was a MT online MMO or something (same engine). I have a feeling this is a non-MT/SP version of that, kinda. Or it'll be cosmetic MT's after release, or maybe new chrs, area DLC. Who knows tho.
  4. In case if it is not obvious, one is more likely to spend £70 on a game when they earn £3,000 per month rather than £300. Without regional pricing, the lower income regions would be spending 0 and obtaining the software via less legal means. Tried Creatures of Ava. Looks suprisingly decent for a UE5 game as the visual style masks the usual smudge well. The story and traversal are functional, the photography part is nice, the combat is not. The MC has a tragic background story and arrived to the planet to save the locals, whether they want it or not. My hopes that it would include hitting things with a stick were unfulfilled - the sci-fi magic stick is to cast a beam and dodge while the beam removes the HP withering from the local wildlife. The controls are rebindable, the saving is possible at will in several slots, the audio mini-game can have visual indicators.
  5. The latest update added respawning mobs to the game, and I understand that a lot of people asked for this feature and I'm not asking for its removal, only for the option to turn it off. It’s genuinely a hassle having to clear a horde of enemies every single time and makes me put in less effort into exploration.
  6. I know, I know, possibly way over-hyped game. Still. Single-player? In-house engine (not UE5 etc)? Possibly optimized well even for somewhat older systems while still looking pretty good (I don't think it's as uber visuals as some ppl think in that area, but it's way way more than good enough/nice for a 3rd person)? Giant open world? Visceral combat, mounts/traversal, exploration? Lots of puzzles and varied quests? Well, if the first early reviews are even 75% positive, I'm buying it to try it. Although the super spastic wind-blown trees kinda annoy me. lol. Also, pre-defined chr (main, others/companions to switch between later or something?) not chr creation, if one cares about that. A massive quest-y-story-adventure perhaps, vs. "serious rpg". Edit: also for those who care, its base price is $70 (USA). So not a cheaper side release.
  7. Yeah, I find it logical, unfortunatelly it is very skewed in Euro countries, as some, like Slovakia, Bulgaria or Croatia, still have to pay same prices as in Germany or Netherlands. Despite income being 2-3x lower based on profession.
