There's a minor NPC in a xaurip cave thing on the same island that Neketaka is on, she has no VO at all. Not sure if there are no lines recorded for her of if her lines were recorded but somehow not playing during the conversation. If it helps, there was another trader in the same cave whose lines are voiced and Maia chirped in during that conversation.
