From what I understand it fixes the PoE1 save import (with Eder and Vera being fixed). Does it fix the problem of losing all your watcher abilities when you respec? As I understand it the official patch is being delayed until the end of the week (if not later). And it looks like the respec bug wasn't fixed (which I suppose is okay if you never mess up).
