So what does the beta patch NOT fix?

If I use the beta patch on Steam, what major issues are still present?

 

From what I understand it fixes the PoE1 save import (with Eder and Vera being fixed).

 

Does it fix the problem of losing all your watcher abilities when you respec?

Where is the patch?  I'm on gog and can only see the normal installer. (not using galaxy).

Don't really want to DL the whole 20-odd gigs for every update

As far as I know the beta patch is only available on Steam.

As I understand it the official patch is being delayed until the end of the week (if not later).

 

And it looks like the respec bug wasn't fixed (which I suppose is okay if you never mess up).
