Wormerine Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Unfortunately, no.https://twitter.com/Adoroable/status/991085524172521472Later in conversation: Unfortunately GOG does not support preload. Sorry my friend. 1
Sedrefilos Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Later on though https://twitter.com/nambulous/status/991119498332835840It's damn unclear.
Wormerine Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 (edited) Later on though https://twitter.com/nambulous/status/991119498332835840 It's damn unclear. This post was earlier though. To be honest I don't remember GOG offering pre-loads outside Witcher3. We will see tonight, but I am pretty sure, the 2nd more direct reply is an accurate one. And i prefer to stay pessimistic as to avoid disappointment. Which is odd. Considering how GOG installers work it should be enough not to included exe file, right? How about just releasing it today on GOG? :-D Guess who is leaving the computer on overnight on Tuesday night! EDIT: Between this and Scavenger Code I feel like I picked the wrong platform. Why being cool has to be so difficult sometimes? Edited May 4, 2018 by Wormerine 3
TheDogProfessor Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Guess who is leaving the computer on overnight on Tuesday night! EDIT: Between this and Scavenger Code I feel like I picked the wrong platform. Why being cool has to be so difficult sometimes? I feel you! Although in my case, it's why does trying to maintain an undeserved air of moral superiority have to be so difficult? 2 Brown Bear- attacks Squirrel Brown Bear did 18 damage to SquirrelSquirrel- death
Sedrefilos Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 (edited) Well I haven't claimed my key yet (no reason to rush it), so I'll use whichever platform lets preload tonight. If both, I'll go with GoG only because they compress the games better = they take fewer space = they download faster. Else it's gonna be steam, obviously. Edited May 4, 2018 by Sedrefilos 1
Archaven Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 i chose gog because loving the concept that it has no drm and the game can be mine forever. darn hating the no scavenger hunt and now no prelaod.
Daled Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Imo a small price to pay for all the goods GOG brings (and we'll get the scavanger hunt items sooner or later).
