One Stands Alone and nonweapon melee damage

Description of "One Stands Alone" says it increase "melee damage"---doesn't specify melee weapon damage. Soul Annihilation is a melee attack, yet One Stands Alone doesn't apply to its damage.

 

I'd prefer it if One Stands Alone actually did apply to non-weapon melee damage, but if "melee weapon damage" was intended, the description should be changed.

Since SA damage is boosted by PL, don’t think melee passive should affect it tho. But agree about adding descriptions to make it more clear.

What do you think: which other non-weapon melee attacks are there?

 

Maybe stuff like Jolting Touch and such?

 

Concelhaut's Draining Touch is now a summoned weapon that disappears after one attack (it's not so bad actually) so that doesn't count as non-weapon melee attack I guess.
