Confused doesn't affect chants

Confused should cause foe-only hostile effects to also affect allies. However, it doesn't affect chants (tested on Come Soft Winds of Death and The Dragon Thrashed). 

 

Unfortunately this prevents berserker chanters from using Come Soft Winds to heal themselves from their own summons.

Have to note that "Soft Winds" description is a bit misleading.

 

From the current wording I understand it as: if you have damaged at least one enemy you restore 2hp. (and it doesn't matter if you affected 1 or 10 targets)
