Possible Display Bug - Fireball @ higher power levels

The first is Fireball when you get access to it at power level 3, the second is when your at character level 9 and power level 5 (single class Evoker). Not sure if it's a bug, the range when I tested it looks to not actually have changed, but thought it worth reporting.

No, brand newly rolled characters, using the command console to level one up to 9 and then hiring a level 5 to test the spell "when you first get access to it" at power level 3.

 

Also, as mentioned, the range for the two characters seems identical, so that's why I think it's a bug in the info card.
