Does the description mean: " There is a 25% chance that the target gets destroyed if it is a vessel or it takes 30 raw damage if it is not a vessel"? The english description says exactly the same. If the ability does what I wrote above, that the description is very unclear. Otherwise I consider it a bug that the ability "destroy vessel" works on something that is not a vessel.
