What does the symbol mean?

Hi guys!
I'm totally want to know if the symbol on teaser means anything special. As it is made to be a special class object (you can see it through dev tools in your browser) and it's not a part of the background. Either I'm wondering what made Obsidian to do such a work to save it on teaser.

Maybe they'll be adding a new letter each day until announcement or something. Eventually it will probably spell something.

Is the new letter a valian H?  Also, is it possible that the character symbols are also letters?  Eder's pipe + wheat is weirdly shaped.  As is this book.
