OH yeah....

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

You know you want to see the underdog win Arkan.

I can honestly say I don't. :)

HEY CHU! Make you a bet! If the Pistons win the series, you answer one K2 question (with in reason) that I ask. If LA wins, you can pick my avatar and sig for the rest of my time on the Obsidian boards.

eh?

Uh, oh. Here we go. This could get interesting (bet-wise).

You had better hope you win, just picture something like "I Love the Lakers" for possibly years.

Yea, but I have to hear from him before this game is "decided"

You won't hear from him before this game is decided but you will before next game.

We'll see then. I may still back up Detroit, but thats rough, I may require more incentive

how about that lakers 3rd quarter push  B)

Hamilton just got mugged (aka, legs cut out), wtf

But Kobe got blocked! B)

EDIT: say what you will, when you can get the lakers to commit a 24 second violation (and Medvedenko touches the ball), you are playing good defense

I'm still here ;)

Hehe. Even if the Lakers lose this game, they will win the series. I picked the Lakers in 6, anyway.

Ironically, if the pistons win this series, i think I still win my basketball pool. As I'm the only one (i think) to pick the pistons to win it all

Arkan,

The Lakers may come back and win it all. But Detroit has showed they belong in the Finals. This may be much more of a series than many predicted.
