Apparently Level 30 still tries to give you a power feat instead of a card feat, even though it says (and should be) a card feat. I find it very frustrating to put the hours of effort into leveling up a party, especially having to forfeit if a character dies because of the death level bug, and when you get this far you have to pick the last power you didn't want your character to have instead of another card that you need to face the next tier.

I did not see this issue being addressed in the next patch. Am I wrong?

A dev already said a while ago that they had a fix that should be available in the next patch.

However the fix will probably not be retroactive, so if you haven't selected your reward yet, qui the quest mode for now and wait for the patch (the next time that you go in quest mode it should contiune back at the start of the reward screen)

Will do. For some reason my game reset back to where I was level 28, so I will sit tight and wait for that new patch.

Hey guys,

Just to update you on the issue. Unfortunately this fix won't make it into the 1.0.3.5 patch, it will go into the patch after that.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Will there be any way to retroactively fix this with a save editor? I want to continue questing, but I don't want to be permanently down a card a few heroes.

Hmmm... Everything is possible, but the you Also would have to remove the extra power you did get etc... Most propably easiest way is to replay those characters. It can be done in a couple of weeks in anyway.
The different thing is if the dev team will release you a tool to change all aspect From you character. Change Powered, cards, skills as much as you like, but that would make online Gaming with other players quite lame... So not sure if that either would be a good idea.
The easiest way would be an online Service where for gold/money/free one dev team meaner could tinker characters. But it would be very time consuming and you would have to remember what power you did take instead of card at level 30. But it would be time of From bug hunting and new content.
So there Are drawbacks. I don't know how Many errors should be hand corrected, and how much time it would require... But that is up to dev team, but I by self most propably would keep those extra power, card handicapped characters as a special croup and make new team when the game is ready. I can foresee Many new interesting bugs untill this game is fully ready. So I can see Also Many rewards bugs to come along the road that Also has to be remedied.
And Also a special team that has more powers than normal croups can be interesting to play. It depends on the character and rolecard if it it more beneficial to have more power, or have more cards. Cards Are life, but powers make you win more easily.

One solution to allow for a retro-active fix- the next time the character receives a power-feat, the game can check to see if the character's # of card-feats is correct.  If not, provide a card-feat instead.

But if there's no retroactive solution, unfortunately this means that quest mode should not be played for now.

When my quest mode characters hit level 30 last night after the new patch, they got a third card feat.

So we have at least 2 different players that posted that the bug was indeed fixed in the 1.3.5 patch, rather a good new.
