Is Haste Spell obtainable in Quest Mode

Almost at Level Cap now for two parties and I haven't encountered it in Quest Mode. Ezren really wants it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. After some quick investigation, it turns out that this is due to a bug. We have fixed it and will be in the next patch!

Any chance we could get the quest mode levels for all cards both for planning and to hunt bugs? I actually thought you guys just bumped it to level 4 or 5 given how good it is.

Maybe a separate quest mode gallery where you can see what cards Are what level in quest mode, like normal gallery in story mode.

Apologies for sounding ungrateful but there have been several discussions about this for weeks with no dev response.  The Technical Support page could really use an updated post for what is known about so we what needs to be brought up.
