Ok. Adding the long version:

Expected behavior:

- target is hit by wounding shot; it receives weapon damage, is hobbled and affected by the raw dot.

- fire (from powder burns) hits everyone in it's cone

Encountered behavior:

- fire (from powder burns) hits everyone in it's cone

- target is hit by wounding shot; it receives weapon damage, but is NOT hobbled and is NOT affected by raw dot.

Same thing happens with Envenomed Strike. Main target is not affected by the raw DoT, if Powder Burns modal is active.

And one more bug: animal companion is always hit by the fire cone, even if it stands in the FoE only part: screenshot.

Although this wasn't acknowledged as a bug, PowderBurns + WoundingShot/Envenom interaction was finally fixed (tested on v3.05). Thank you)

But the problem with FoE (yellow) part of the PowderBurns cone still persists and it even evolved:

- Before: party members standing in yellow zone did not receive powderBurns damage, while animal companion did.

- Expected: neither party members, nor animal companion should receive damage from powderBurns, while standing in the yellow zone.

- Now: everyone receives damage.

Who fixed that? Allen Inversion?
