When receiving Loot as a reward, if you drag it down into the available items list and NOT onto another character, you lose the loot. This is a bit frustrating (I lost a Medallion this way). It is not lost, but you need to tap the 'ALL' filter to see it. The devs are aware of the issue. You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.
