I fight those fish people on the bride near durgans battery.

After killing one of them a ghost appeared (pink circle, a bit hard to see because it is transparent).

The ghost was rotating all the time and it moved slowly downward.

This had no influence on the actual battle.

 

Something similar happened in lv4 of the endless path when fighting beetles.

That time the ghost of the beetle was rotating and moved to the right.

I was too slow to press pause and make a screenshot then.

You can download Fraps or OBS which are good free software. Fraps is very limited as you can only 30 seconds of recording on the free version.
