0 limaxophobiacq Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 Actually this seems to be a problem with many (all?) abilities that have a two seperate saves, only the first seems to get the level bonus. These are cipher powers, the second difficulty should be 5 points lower but they're actually 19 points lower at level 14.
