When leaving Stalwart before having completed the fight against Dazir, one can hear an Ogre shouting "Dazir's fallen! Back to the matron! Now!". The same voice can be heard everytime when returning to Stalwart and leaving it again before that fight.

It's just an artifact ... no big problem ... as Dazir is still in the village, alive and well. :teehee:

Unfortunately this is not fixed in 3.0 beta.

Dazir back to the matron now still not fixed :(. It's 2018.. any workaround?

You can tune down the volume of your speakers... ;)

Or you can do the whole encounter without save/reload.

While my game is not perfect I never ran into these weird things because I have never save/reloaded, weird benefit of TC.  Like this or the bug back when WM first came out where the golems in Galvinos house got too powerful after every reload.

That's not the right way to defend Obsidian of their bugs :p
