I want to know if this happens with any of the companions.

Do any have more to speak about later on even after their quests have been finished?

Are there specific triggers or is it time based?

In answer to your question in the thread title, all companion quests can be completed before jumping the pit and none continues after defeating the main antagonist.

Is there any list to these triggers at end game or near it?

Can I console force them to occur?

trying to micro manage my party is getting so aggravating in order to get as much of the story elements as possible.
