The robe Gwisk Glas has a very poor quality texture in-game that looks heavily compressed, whereas it looks pretty sweet in the inventory. No other robe in the game exhibits the same issue.

Observe the texture on Gwisk Glas in the inventory screen looks sharp, vibrant, and detailed.
