The "Revive the fallen" ability of a fully unlocked St Ydwen's Redeemer (Fighter version) doesn't do anything.

REPRO STEPS:

 

Load the attached saved game.

Observe the protagonist is wielding a fully unlocked St Ydwen's Redeemer that enables her to cast "Revive the fallen."

Send the whole party back so their A.I. won't interfere in the ensuing fight.

Send in the Wizard to fight the spores, lurkers etc. and wait for him to be knocked unconscious.

Select the protagonist and have her cast "Revive the fallen" on the Wizard.

Observe that nothing happens.
