I updated to 2.01 and my druids can no longer cast returning storm ( PC or Hiravias)

 

I tried a bunch of different saves, all worked fine last night before the patch. 

 

When I attempt to cast it now, it appears in the action bar for my characters for an instant then immediately goes away with no attempt to cast.  My other spells all seem to work fine.  I tried verifying game files, did not help.

i've updated the game but now my character wizard do not lauch AOE caster centered spell like Death Ring or Minoletta's Precisely Piercing Burst. And neither druid's spell like Returning Storm works.

Anybody else have the same problem?

same problem here (from GOG). After update my druid (PC) can't cast returning storm.

I think the bug affects all caster centered spells. For exemple, my wizard can't cast death ring either.

Have the same problem: my character mage cannot cast Death ring or Minoletta's burst, and neither the druid centered spell works

Is this also true for enemy casters? I would really like to kick some druid butt, but returning storms were keeping me from doing it

You guys need to do this when you report a bug to help these guys locate and fix bugs quickly.

NPC druids still cast it.

This is a known issue and there is a bug in the database. The problem is if your AI is inactive, you wont be able to cast the spell, but if the AI is on and you have Use per-rest abilities checked, they will be able to cast the spell.

thats...not a satisfactory workaround for anyone not playing on easy.

Well, that is kinda showstopper. And I unwisely deleted older version, which is no longer available at GOG

I reactivated the AI, saved, restarted the game and now my druid cast it when I click it.

AI: damage/aggressive
