Wizard spell " wall of flame calculating DR incorrectly?

Version of the game : 2.0

Wall of flame count the full enemy DR for each of its tick (which make it quite a weak spell as you do basically 2 damage per tick). As far as i know it used to count as a dot and therefore only count 1/4 of the enemy DR. Is this change intentional? (see the screeshot where wall of flame hits Penhelm and the DR of Penhelm that is retracted : 10.2)

Does this mean all DoT spells come up against full DR rather than 1/4 DR, which I recall was the case in earlier versions of the game? I notice that my Chill Fog, Ray of Fire and Corrosive Siphon now rolls against full DR for damage. Just wanted to clear this up definitely.

There are 2 kind of DoT :

 

Area DoT that affects a zone and roll against full DR.

 

And "debuff" DoT that are applied to a character even when he/she moves like all other status. These ones are applied against 25% DR.
