Just want to check if anybody has the same issue. Ever since 2.0 version my steam achievements haven't been unlocked properly. I've done all the quests so all the new achievements--Flash Guts and Murder, The Siege of Cragholdt, Bounty Hunter, Watcher at the Breach, Herald of the Old Flames, Terror of the White March--should have appeared. The only achievement I got was Soulbinder, and for some reason it wasn't unlocked until the next time I entered the game after completing its quest. Then I reentered the game several times but no other achievements were showing.

 

I suspect that it is due to my character used to change attributes with IE mod. But this can't explain why I only got the Soulbinder achievement.

I finished the game ages ago even before 2.00 patch but my steam achievement of finishing the game wasn't unlocked as well as potion creating, scroll making, and food making achievements are not unlocked.

Same, not getting any chievements since 2.00, for example already have new companions but haven't unlocked Fish Guts and Murder, opened Durgan's Battery but didn't unlock Watcher at the Breach.

If you used cheats at any point in the game, then you will disable getting achievements from steam. If you used any mods, then we can't say if that will affect achievements as well. Though I am willing to take a look at your files to see if you should have them or not.

 

@winde, I'll take a look at your file. Could you please upload an output log as well?

I noticed couple old achievements missing and new ones not adding properly.

 

No cheats on this playthrough, finished game originally when it was 1.5ish.

 

Uploaded latest save as well as "gamecomplete" and "noreturn" (if it can help). And screens of missing achievements.

 

 

EDIT:

 

I double checked and made some enchanting and cooking and

a) CHEF worked! Maybe I didn't really meet the prerequisites before? I'm not sure anymore

b) It seems along with Chef another achievement got unlocked  SOULBINDER, so something works...

c) enchanter and trappy still won't work (enchanter originally unlocked like 1.5ish, trappy should unlock when i killed Alpine Dragon so 2.1)

d) missing Last 5 Old Nua levels (1.5) and White March story ach.s (2.0)

Unfortunately since you used the console, you will disable gaining achievements with Steam. If you start a new game without cheats, then that will enable achievements again.

Trappy is gain by placing down traps, if you have someone with a high mechanic skill, you can disarm traps and you gain those traps, or you can purchase them from vendors.  I'll take a look at your save file and check to see if you should have those achievements.

I have added your information on the bug I have already entered. You save file shows that you have it unlocked along with many others that should be unlocked. It is being looked into.

On the reverse  end of this bug I used the console to give myself back the souldbond two handed sword after that disapeared with the inventory bug in 2.0, but the update to 2.01 immediately unlocked the soulbound weapon weapon acheivement anyway.

Most Steam achievement related "incidents" are caused by 3rd party software blocking the upload to the Steam Server. For instance, I lack several of Saint's Row critical mission achievements towards completion, of which I have the achiev from.

Reason; My firewall suddenly decided to block Steam achievements. As soon as I whitelisted it, achievements worked fine again.

I've progressed since having this issue and completed Siege of cragholdt, that achievement unlocked correctly. I've not modified my firewall since, so it doesn't look like a conectivity issue.

 

Still completed but not unlocked:

- Herald of the flame

- Watcher at the breach

- Fish Guts and Murder

- Bounty Hunter
