I am now in Durance trials on 10005 but i dont know how is trigger the next phase. I am already in twins elms (act III). When do I learn about the Woedica conspiracy? 

 

 

6   Talk to Durance about Woedica. 10006   Learning that Woedica is responsible for Waidwen's Legacy leaves many questions about the circumstances of the Saint's War and the destruction of Eothas. Durance may have further insight.

 

Just keep talking to him. Eventually his quest will be closed. Youe learn a lot more than you have bargained for about him in the process.

I believe the last parts of Durance's quest can't happen until you do the trials of the gods in Twin Elms. Or at least that was my experience.

Only after you complete the quests the gods give you and pray to them again will the dialogue options to finish the quest occur.  Usually you will see a talk icon on Durance after exiting the Elms Reach temple.

I am past that quest and still can't get Durance to close the quest.

I talked to him in Sun in Shadow and closed it there on my first run through because I kept forgetting to talk to him before that.  I have taken my alzheimer meds and remember better now.
