Still "Shipping soon"?

My order of the collector's edition still has the status of "Shipping soon".

 

I mean wasn't the whole point of shipping without the DVD that we would get the game on time?

 

It's April now and my order hasn't shipped yet.

 

Is there any news on this delay?

 

I'm living in Europe but still, come on, what is going on?

I don't mind a little waiting, either, and we are technically still in the area "by or near [the] launch date"; but still it would be nice to at least get some information about when to expect physical items of collector's editions to be delivered to Europe.

It's a bug I belive, think it was said somewhere that it's actually shipped - but it still says shipping soon.

Same thing. Asked them per email and they stated that shipping of physical goods is in process right now.

It would nice to have some confirmation that they have shipped my stuff if they have already done so.

I got an e-mail saying mine was shipping, living in Australia. I'm guessing that's the confirmation on when your order ships.

Don't bother checking your backer portal account. Mine shows the same thing and I've already received all my goods, the DRM-free disc, as well as a replacement map. As naughtbutanillusion said, wait for a confirmation e-mail.
